One of the best nut roasts I’ve ever had. Would strongly recommend. It’s a proper local country pub inside. Very sweet!
Freshly cooked, homemade food (worth the wait!), excellent service and charming atmosphere. Also great playlist! Just a few steps away from Waltham Abbey Church.

Very tasty Sunday roast, plentiful meat and vegetables and lovely big Yorkshire pudding with gravy boat on each plate. Really enjoyed the food. Nice staff and reasonably priced. Sat outside with our dogs, very welcoming.
A little gem. I would happily go back just to eat there. Amazing place, excellent food and super nice atmosphere.
Absolutely amazing food, big ups to the chef. I had the vegan nut roast, delicious! We had a family meal for xmas gathering and tbf to accommodate a group of 16 is no easy task. So just wanna say, Katrina, Rachel & Connor, you guys handled it amazingly. Thank you. I'll be returning for sure. Happy

5 Star Roasties! Attend Welsh Harp for Sunday lunch. Great little find in the historically entrenched town of Waltham Abbey. The atmosphere in this quaint pub was pleasant and welcoming. Staff were lovely (thank you Laila for wonderful service experience). The roast dinner was a good
Visited Waltham abbey and decided to sit down in the outside area here and have a drink and some lunch. The food was well presented and didn't take long to come out despite the pub getting busy. The only thing that let this down was the price being a bit steep for what you got (plates weren't exactl
Lovely Sunday Roast and excellent little daytime spot. Faye the waitress is so lovely!! We had some banging chicken wings, white bait and the bruschetta - good prices and quality food.
What a lovely place to visit. Not only was the food great (and you could tell its all made in house). It was the personal touches that made our experience a great one. We went in a party of three with our young daughter, she at some point in the evening had mentioned she was cold, the owners had not
Good food and great service. Nice looking pub.
Very beutiful, lovely, cozy, traditional British pub. Staff was very friendly with a big smile on their faces πŸ™‚ I enjoyed being there. The only negative experience was the state of the gents room as it had a very strong smell.
