A little gem of a pub. Very nice period interior and really nice pint. The sort of pub that I wish was my local. The new landlord is nice fella that was generous with the dog biscuits.

A brilliant traditional pub set within a quiet village in Norfolk that we return to year on year on holiday. The landlady and staff were all very helpful and attentive and I highly recommend this place as a friendly pub and great place to eat. Dog friendly and family friendly too. Just superb!

Delicious food, welcoming and calm atmosphere, wonderful quaint decor, just fabulous. I had the sausage and mash and it was lush, my friend had the mushroom risotto and that was also delicious. Would highly recommend. Just what you need after a visit to see the snowdrops.
Stayed for the night. Room good size and bed comfortable. Staff very polite and friendly. Greeted by Ashley who gave us the procedure of what to do incase of a fire. A welcoming and pleasant pub in the heart of a characterful village. Good service. Good breakfast. Pubby evening menu. Minimal/zero parking but some options out of hours or close by.
Popped in on the off chance of a simple lunch. We were fortunate and got a table, it filled up soon after. We ended up having a decent lunch. Sandwiches all round were very nice and with excellent bread. The accompanying side salad was fresh. Landlord seemed like a nice chap also.
