Me and my husband and roast beef dinner and our daughters had 2 ultimate southern fried chicken burgers , since the welsh gentleman has taken over management the food and service has improved 100% and would highly recommend the pub for a meal !!
Visited for a Lunch catch up with a Friend and it was lovely, esp as it's literally only a couple of minutes from my home. Friendly, quick service and delicious food (I had the Hunters Chicken Baguette and Chips). Will definitely visit again.
I had a meal at old house at home Friday dinner time the food was delicious and the staff were very helpful and polite I would recommend it to all my friends

The staff were pleasant, the pub was clean and quite appealing, the food was very nice, served hot on hot plates, and a reasonable price too.
We shall definitely be calling in again

First visit for a while. Standard pub menu but our meals were very nice and service was speedy. Service by the gent at the bar was friendly and efficient. Our waitress was probably the best I've come across,friendly,attentive and was doing a great job keeping the vacated tables clean and tidy.
Had a family get together, the team catered for 17 of us, the food was really lovely, the service excellent, thank you Alan & team you were all amazing 👏👏👏
Had meal at the old house at home last week and I really enjoyed it . There was 3 of us and we all had a starter a main and a pudding we all said how nice it was . Been in a few times and never had a bad meal . It had a great atmosphere too . Looking forward to our next visit

Popped in for dinner before going out to a show. Hadn’t booked a table, but walked in and were offered a seat. Ordering was simple, staff were polite. Food arrived promptly and was delicious. Drinks were great. Will definitley be coming here more often.
We came for a Christmas dinner with all our family. Varied tastes and veggie and vegans in our group. We were all happy with the food, drink and especially the friendly and helpful Staff. Well done Barbara and team. Thank-you.
