Who doesn't love chicken, right? This in-town based fast-food chain is designed so that your food is served efficiently. The seating is sufficient with seating downstairs. However be warned: it does get rather busy at lunch times!
Too many people complaining about the dirty floors etc should consider the filthy customers who don't make use of the bins. As for open bin bags next to your seats, well the seats aren't next to the bins and next time you can't find a clean table to sit at, try helping the staff instead of complaining, they might just appreciate it. And as for the cold food, try eating at dixy chicken and see if that's any better coz you'll be putting your life in their hands.
Love it. I've gone to this place well over 100 times since it opened and had 1 or 2 mediocer meals while the rest have been spot on. Never had a bad meal from there.
Today the staff seemed busy I found me a table.previous customers had left all their stuff on the table the security guy moved it all.this place seems friendly.food is nice here very consistent.
Lovely store.....staff member are really poilet, job focus, friendly, helpful and understanding.....always take my daughter there for a treat and the restraunt is always clean....the food is severed very quickly, the food is very hot when you collect & the presentation skills is fantastic as well....
I would 100% recommend the public to come to this store and purchase food from here & the atmosphere is fantastic as well.......also the restraunt has a family-friendly atmosphere too.....that is always buzzing when you enter in the store....

Bit small not many seating and always a long wait 9 out 10 times you would be better ordering a takeaway meal. Bently Bridge kfc is much better.

Every time ive gone to kfc foods always been good&you dont have to wait long. Staff communicate well,tidy place&friendly.
