Naz and his team are incredible. Super professional, communicative and the food is delicious. We organised a curry for our 25th wedding anniversary with family and friends at Kingsdown International Camping...we preordered for 35 people and Naz coordinated it perfectly. Louise, our delivery driver made sure the food was hot. Everyone commented on how delicious the food was. This made our evening extra special. Highly recommended..
We walked in my partner knew what he wanted, but I didn't. I asked the lovely man behind the counter to help me pick a meal, after describing what I was after he suggested chicken bhuna which I went for. We paid by card and waited about 20 mins on the comfy sofa.
Got the food home and it was all fresh and smelled amazing. The chicken korma was very good, and the poppadoms too. My bhuna was full of flavour and my garlic naan absolutely delicious. Saffron will be our go-to for Indian take away from now on. Highly recommend.
Well, can't complain at the atmosphere score as it's a takeaway only, but very happy with the rest. We had Bombay Vegetable curry, pilau rice and garlic naan bread which were all very nice indeed.
Rapid service and great tasting food. Easy to phone up and place an order, and the time-estimate for when it will be ready is usually accurate. We've had food from here at least 5 times and it's always delicious.
Best Indian food around. Have got an app to make ordering easier I guess its on one of my pictures and the other is a chicken tikka masala very red very sweet love it could feed two but I'm greedy cost about a £10
Lovely food delivered
We had a delivery from here tonight, we usually use star of India but the last 2/3 from there were not as nice as usual so thought we would try saffron.

Absolutely amazing food, shame about the delivery lady who was very moody and rude even after a tip! After an explosion of tikka massalla with the first order. I spoke to the owner and he was very friendly and helpful. Sent out a fresh curry and rice to replace the one that had made the mess and been ruined. All food was fresh, tasty and hot! Will definitely return if in the area. 10/10!!

Our first takeaway from the Saffron. In simple words a great experience. The food was ready for collection at the time specified, I walked in and the food came out.
The food was wonderful, the description given in the menu reflects what you get. The meat was a fine cut with little fat and no sinew, you could taste each element of the dish with spices well balanced. The vegetables were not over cooked and spiced just sufficiently to allow you to identify what the vegetable when eating.
I shall be using this as our takeaway in the future
First time we have used this Indian takeaway, decided it was closer than the town ones and getting a bit fed up with them. Tonight’s takeaway was lovely, the flavour of the Brinjol Bhajee was excellent as was the Saffron special rice, we had a chicken tikka curry, it was nice but will go a bit more spicy next time. My husband and I always share a curry these days with a starter and side dish and that is plenty for us. Will definitely be going back.
Honestly one of the best Indians I’ve ever had- ever! Really fresh, high quality food and lovely lovely staff to boot. You can tell it’s all cooked fresh as takes a bit of time and isn’t just straight out. Lots of choice- we ordered a lot for four people and all of it was great. They should open a restaurant as there’s no other competition in Deal in my eyes, and so there’s a gap that needs filling! :-)
Just had a Naga chicken curry which was very nice, A lot of places get it wrong but these guys have done a good job. The Naga is good and the chicken was very tender and tasty And very well marinated.
It was ok , but The Balti wasn’tgreat as it didn’t taste very balti it tasted like it was mixed up With another dish , wast horrible just wasn’t balti
