It was so lovely, unique and rustic.... for a small place it all added to the charm. The staff were friendly, and the food amazing (pizza and pudding) me and my partner can not rate it highly enough. As for our son (who’s a little fussy) stated “this was the best pizza ever” x I’m sure it won’t be long before we are booking again xxx
Just had Sunday brunch at this coffee shop. I have been vegetarian for twenty five years and my Thirteen year old Daughter has just come over from the dark side. My partner, who eats everything that swims, runs, or crawls decided to treat us to a meat free meal having seen an article in the KM. The shop space is pretty with low volume mood music playing in the background. The aroma from the rack of freshly baked scones reminded me of my Old Nans kitchen. The coffee shop itself is tiny and feels a little like eating in someone living room. Very cosy and informal if a little strange at first. However, the food was excellent and the welcome from our host was warm. Hardened meat eaters will struggle with the concept of a vegan sausage, but my partner did clam to enjoy.her alternative breakfast, and we will return. I particularly enjoyed the sour dough bread and marmalade and the coffee was excellent. Well done.
The best pizza you will ever eat served by lovely staff, can't rate this place highly enough!!!! Bring your own drink for £1 each corkage. So lucky to have this place round the corner from us, Amazing!!

Hand on my heart this is one of the best pizzas I have eaten - even though I made a couple of adjustments as in fresh chillies. Absolutely delicious thin crust with garlic mushrooms and tomato with a caramelised onions rich tomato sauce, vintage cheddar and rocket. My partner had the Chorizo, basil and tomato. Both were scrumptious and worth the slight wait for perfection...

Visited for the first time at the weekend, I can see why this was no.1 in Walmer, it’s delicious. Interesting, unusual toppings as well as the usuals, and fantastic garlic bread! They are happy to alter toppings or make pizzas vegetarian upon request. Worth going out of your way for. It’s ‘bring your own bottle’ as well, which keeps the price down!
Delicious pizzas, imaginative toppings, homemade red cabbage coleslaw is lovely. Didn't try the garlic bread as the pizzas are big, but did manage to share a portion of tiramisu, really good. Not licensed but can take your own. Very reasonable prices. Definitely worth a visit and we will be going back. Will need to book as it is quite small.

Highly recommended. Very friendly, welcoming & homely atmosphere. The sour dough crusts are cooked to perfection & each topping tastes amazing as does the garlic bread & red coleslaw. We are slowly going through each pizza on the menu. The tiramisu & cheesecake are delicious too which if you want to, you can take home for later. Can't wait for our next visit. You need to book a table. They also do pizzas to take out 😋
Best pizza I've ever had. Tried three flavours and all were delicious. Favourite was the Goat one, caramelized onions were gorgeous. Garlic bread also worth getting, is really buttery and flavorful. Cosy setting and friendly staff. Book ahead!

The Hayman’s Kitchen serves the most delicious and inventive thin crust pizzas, in a cosy- country- kitchen style setting. We are a family of four, with two little girls. After a day at the beach, we arrive at our previously booked table (owner texts back via WhatsApp within minutes!), at 6pm. We pre-ordered our food so it was almost ready as we turned up. Perfect for two hungry and tired children. The owner and staff were welcoming, friendly and chatty to both us and the children. The garlic bread with caramelized onions was absolutely scrumptious. Followed swiftly by our mains- margaritas for the girls, a ‘salty sea-dog’ for my husband (which I stole half of!) and a caramelized pear and Stilton one for me. The pears added the exact sweetness needed to contrast with the Stilton, very tasty indeed.
I (we!) highly recommend dining at Hayman’s. Pre-book or takeaway. The locals clearly love it there too and were regularly in and out during our visit eating in and taking away. It really is a special place and I see big things on the horizon for the owner. Support the local businesses and eat at this fabulous and tasty restaurant.
Delicious pizzas! Just as I remember how they are made in Italy. We had the vegan cheese pizza and I’m not normally a great fan of vegan cheese but these were very good! Friendly, approachable and unpretentious.
Amazing pizzas and such lovely service. We were visiting Deal for the weekend and stumbled across Hayman’s Kitchen... what a gem?! Absolutely delicious- particularly the spicy meatball pizza!
