Lovely Sunday dinner, good price at 6.99 too. Carvery so the portions are massive and lots of veg choice. Meat was a little dry that's why I didn't give 5. Would go back though.

Very nice pub. Reasonably priced food and drinks. Unlike others I didn't see any chavs. However there was a few construction workers enjoying their lunch break to some home made food. Clean and safe car park

Fantastic Sunday dinner... No waiting around go in get a table and drinks then straight to carvary loads of meat.. Veg mash swid.. Peas and carrot.. Parsnips roast potatoes beef.. Gamin.. Turkey.. Yorkshire pudding...

Had an actual amazing time great staff and great atmosphere lovely food and couldnt ask for any more from a local pub in battle hill!! Also compliments to the chef steven for such excelent food! Had him come out and pay compliments myself
Great service on our bike ride and some of us got free beer!
I have been here on 2 occasions on sundays.they do a carvery and I was very pleased with the food.

I went 2 weeks ago for a pint with my wife. Had drinks out side and the staff were nice.
Called in for tea and the place is lovely. Food was fast and greats and staff were very friendly. Will definitely return x
