Staff a bit rude in taking orders. I do love hot chocolate of nero and also the juices etc. The staff needs to be a bit gentle. The place is clean

I would give no stars if I could. How they are charging customers for food and when someone who clearly knows the staff asks them will you charge me and she says no I don’t really know how this is fair!! I wanted to use my free coffee voucher which expires today and I went to this Cafe Nero to get it. They turned me away saying they were closed even though they were still open. If you close before 5:30pm, put the correct time on there please. I wasted my time coming here.

Very friendly cafe. Ladies staff are helpful and friendly, always have smile face. Like to come to take a break. Feel relax But the manager is awful , always heard she is shouting
