Good honest food at a reasonable price.
Has been my local chip shop and Chinese take away for about 10 years and never had an issue.

Authentic Chinese meals cooked fresh as you wait. Nice touch is the free prawn crackers or drink if you spend over a certain amount. Had to ask for no onions as last meal was packed with them to bulk out meal,
Really good value for money. But best of all is that you cannot fault the quality and taste of the food. The Chinese food is good authentic tasty food, which you don't get very often in a lot of takeaway places. Well worth trying and while I'm on the wirral it is now my favourite local.

Very good food never had a bad meal, would recommend the hot & sour soup and the beef and black pepper.
My friends and I live in wigan and we travel to New Brighton fishing almost every week. As we come out of the Merseyside tunnel we order our meals from River Queen. The staff are very friendly and polite the food is excellent. My wife always asks me to bring her a meal home. NEVER had a bad meal yet and that is backed up by all my fishing friends. Only one down side. They are shut Sundays. Still they need a rest.
Enjoyed our meal. Can't stand cucumber, so was pleasantly surprised as our beef mushroom had a little bit of courgette in.

I always look forward to going home so I can get a River Queen takeaway. I can't say why but the omelettes are excellent. Everything else I've had over the years has been very good also.

Good value, great foo young and beef curry free can of pop but chips refried so point deducted.
Best chippy in wirral bbq ribs are the best and my missis loves the onion rings from here
