Ocean Wave - Wallasey - Photo album

Best chips and curry in the Wirral, and the only place that's been able to satisfy my chippy appetite fully since the one on Hardman Street got replaced by Caribou Routine. Fair prices and great service
We recently had Fish and Chips at Rick Steins chippy in Padstow I can honestly say that the Ocean Wave beats it in every way. Bigger fish more tasty, better batter, better chips and over £10 cheaper for two.
Great people to talk to, the food was pretty nice, gave them a small donation while I was waiting, will go back there again
Nice, food lack of answering phones and delivery service at times
Amazing food for a easy take packed full of flavour, only downside is cash only. Downside is cash only.
Nicest sausage dinner I've ever had. Can't explain why it's so nice, it just is. Everything else we order is great also
My husband and I used to go to Ocean Wave before lockdown and the fish and chips are excellent. As others have said, the fish are large so we cut one in half. With the large quantity of chips (I can't believe the reviewer who said that the portion of chips was stingy!) one serves both of us - and we
Excellent fish and chips. In fact, everything we've had from here has been hot, tasty and reasonably priced.
Salt and pepper chips ohh my... Amazing definitely recommend
Really nice food. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Salt and pepper chicken wings are very tasty
Great chippy. Freshly prepared food, not pre processed. Excellent value for money (containers well packed with the meats not padded out with onions etc.) The chips are without doubt the best I've tasted from any of the other chippy's on the Wirral! (And I've tried most of them.) Pleasant friendly
