Just eaten the most beautiful meal here. My parents have been before, but I've not been for years and years, way before it changed hands. Absolutely gorgeous food and excellent service. Will definitely be coming back. You need to add the seafood stuffed seabass to your normal menu so I can come and eat it every week! �
This is my local restaurant, I love coming here and bringing friends and family. Everyone I have brought loves it; service is always great, food is delicious and very generous portions (and if you can’t finish your food, they will bag it up for you). I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Due Amici.
Lovely place lovely food staff lovely and friendly but watch out they put service charge on which they kindly removed even though we did tip but I wasn't paying service charge of 20 pound.
I ate here last night for my niece’s Birthday, there were over 20 of us and 6 children. As you can imagine, we were noisy at times and the children didn’t always want to stay in their seat while they were waiting for their food. I have to say the service staff were excellent with them all. The restaurant wasn’t too busy with it being mid week but they really made me feel at ease and nothing was too much trouble. The highlight of the evening though came when the chefs invited the children in to make their own pizza. My little girl was over the moon! Thank you Due Amici for being so child friendly and for the excellent food. You definitely made the night enjoyable and I will most definitely return and recommend to others!

Been here a few times and never have a problem. The staff are friendly and the service is very quick - even on a busy Saturday night! The food is delicious and portions are generous. I will definitely continue to visit.

We were a party of seven for 4pm on Christmas Day, the restaurant was very busy, we were seated quickly but had a 20 minute wait for someone to take our drinks & food orders, it wasn't a problem for us, time for a little G & T, quick pop to the bar and then conversation with family. Our meal was fantastic, the portions were plenty if not too much, the waiting staff and chefs worked their socks off, whilst smiling & chatting to customers as they went, nothing was too much trouble, this is the second year we have been for Christmas dinner and yet again we had a great time and would highly recommend it. Thank you to all, hope you have had a couple of days off you certainly deserved it ! Cheers to a successful 2017 x
booked a table for 2, found restaurant to be quiet at 1st, but then slowly got full, was quite surprised. Service was lovely from entering, food was really good ( and i'm a fussy eater) had to check menu prior to booking. lovely relaxing atmosphere no pressure off staff, who was all lovely. we would recommend this restaurant for couples aswell as families, we are going back with our little man for a meal soon, as he loves pasta �
found it quite reasonable priced aswell, we had a main each, garlic bread, side salad and a bottle of merlot £45.

We've been coming here for a while now, me, my partner, my Nan and my little 2 year old boy. They have never failed to give us perfect service and food. Even though it doesn't cater for kids, they really go out of their way to entertain my little boy who adores all the staff. Absolute brilliant place, definitely recommend

This is one of my favourite Italian restaurants.
The Food: The food here is amazing every time, the dishes are fresh and the portions are generous. If you're a big fan of salami, ham and goat's cheese, Antipasto Due Amici is the large platter perfect for sharing.
I loved their Linguine Al Cartoccio (fresh mixed seafood wrapped in tinfoil with cherry tomatoes, garlic and white wine) with prawns, clams, calamari and mussels. The whole dish was wrapped in a swan-shaped tinfoil, which the staff ripped open at the bottom and all the deliciousness flew out. Another dish I loved was the Spaghetti Carbonara, a classic dish where the egg yolk wrapped around the spaghetti and bacon made your mouth water at the first bite. They also serve lovely cocktails and a variety of drinks.
Service: The staff were very nice, very approachable and focused on the customer experience. The food was served quickly which is a nice pace for me.
Atmosphere: There is both indoor and outdoor seating, so whether you want to catch some gentle breeze and have a beer while you wait for your food, or just enjoy your meal in the warmth inside with your family and friends, this place has it all.
All in all, I highly recommend this restaurant!
Service was fantastic, the waiter friendly and engaging. The food was mixed - my wild boar ragu was a bit bland, the seafood linguini was good and the kids both loved their lobster ravioli. The tiramisu was nice and boozy but laking in coffee. Thenother deserts were ok and were enjoyed but not wow. Then came the bill - it was very expensive for what we got.

We come here regularly. It is the best restaurant by a country mile in the area. Food is always perfect. Service is always brilliant. Atmosphere is lovely. We know it's also the favourite restaurant of many of our neighbours. It may look like there's no kids' menu, but they do all the pizzas and pastas in a smaller size. 100% recommend this gorgeous restaurant.
I was there to celebrate a birthday with a group of friends for dinner. The food was fabulous. The service from staff was impeccable, prompt and efficient, especially from the waiter Mario who was really good and funny, and made this event even more memorable. The atmosphere was also great. I highly recommend this restaurant.
Have just finished a wonderful meal here. Both the food and the service were outstanding and there is a lovely vibrant atmosphere. The staff are lovely- special mention for Zac. It was our first visit but definitely not our last. We had a lovely family evening
First time at Due Amici and I was impressed, the restaurant was spotless and well laid out a very nice place to eat and I will certainly be going again in the future . I would say it's Walkdens hidden gem. The staff were very friendly and helpful the service was excellent the food was absolutely amazing, I did find it a bit odd that you could only have veg or chips with your steak 🤔. Some of the drinks were a bit pricey but there was something for everyone's budget.
Stuck in traffic we were 25 mins late but no problems - we had 3 of the specials & a good choice of wines. Nice waitress & lively ambiance. Would highly recommend it

We got the sharing starter and a pizza and pasta dish. I has king prawn pasta and was over the moon with the amount of prawns I got :-)

Tried the special (Tomahawk) this time. Magnificent! The lovely waitress remembered I like my steak rare/blue and very tentatively informed us how to get the best out of the meat. STUNNING! They usually sell out of Cheesecake, but I got some tonight and it was WELL worth the wait! How do I give more than 5 stars?
Went here last night 15th July and it was great, packed with a good atmosphere, wine was chilled and food fantastic, lovely staff who made sure we had everything. Great personalities and will be going back again ❤️🕺

Brilliant. Was there for our 1st time on the 26/07/2020 with my family. My fillet rossini steak was amazing. Cooked to perfection throughout. The Service is excellent. Look forward to going back again. Dave from Lowton.
