Love this cafe. Staff are always nice and welcoming, it’s cosy and clean and coffee is good. This has caused me to spend far too much money over the past year on coffee than I should have… and I actually drive 4 miles to get here!
Cafe nero always wins with good coffee and yummy cakes. The loo wasn't working on the day I went which was a shame, but definitely a welcome change from other not as nice coffee options

This is my second home pretty much. I don’t like the toilet area unfortunately but I don’t go there for that. Proper chilled and relaxed place all staff are efficient and always so lovely
Well located at the entrance to the retail park. Seats outside so you can watch punters circling around looking for parking. With its friendly staff and comfortable decor and good range of snacks and light bites, this outlet is a bit of an oasis in the midst of a busy retail park. One star taken off
Very busy but quick friendly, helpful service from two very obviously frantically busy baristas. Nice atmosphere, cosy & welcoming, a retreat from a huge, totally manic retail park!
Coffee is good but I am not a regular visitor so found price lists a bit confusing and unclear, wasn't really sure what was available. Seating is interesting, the chairs we had were not old people friendly! Real bonus that we could park so close as we had an 83 year old with mobility issues with us.

Im a regular customer for a reason, staff are lovely and polite. Service is good, even when there's a queue it goes quickly.
Just your typical coffee chain, take ya money and make you a ground roast coffee, not bad service and great little £1 offer when with three network
