Only nipped in for the Toblerone hot chocolate after a long day of shopping. Quick and easy service! Clean and refreshing environment! Lots to offer the customers. The layout, especially around the counter, doesn't lend itself to waiting for your order. This is even worse when it's busy, but then again this is the sake with pretty much every Costa I know. Still, the coffee was good, some nice latte art, and the cakes were very nice.
Always a lovely cup of coffee and a nice relaxing time with a lovely atmosphere. Strongly recommend 👌.
Staff run off their feet they never stop, but are always polite and have a smile for the customer.

Nice clean place and nice coffee but the only problem is the staff about 17 to 18 year old and they're really slow at work and so you waiting 2 minutes for a coffee and if it's busy you waiting 20-minutes in line for a coffee so only go when it's not busy

Sep 2022. Bacon butties are now not so good as before. They run out of toast all the time as well. Just annoying. Music is far too loud for a conversation on the phone
Good service from the chap Manning the table situation outside, very efficient. We had a tea, a coffee and 2 sandwiches. Very expensive for what you get! Clean and well managed, great staff.
