Great coffee, good selection of cakes and ice cream. Really pretty secluded spot for a wonder. Easy access for wheel chairs and prams. Loads of seating, just watch the waves when the tide is in.

A charming little tea/coffee shop, good cuppa and cake sitting outside the shop with waves crashing just a few feet from you on the shore. Great to while away the day with a nice piece of carrot cake. Lots of other options available but they do run out in the afternoon. Tiny little shop with nic-nacs on sale

Stopped for a drink and snack on walk out from ventnor, homemade flapjack was great with a coffee and kids had some great waffles, good c19 measures in place and friendly and efficient staff. Amazing position on the front with lots of outside seating

Lovely little shop with more than just coffee. You get a nice mug for your drink even if you're taking it onto the beach, and they also sell local produce and bits for the beach too. Flat white coffee was done properly (not just an americano with milk thrown on top). Minimum £5 spend on cards.

Quiet and a bit of a hike to get there, Steephill Cove was a lovely find. Quiet and unjust, people clearly enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere of this quintessentially English cove - it could easily have been a little smugglers cove so popular in the rocky seascape of N Cornwall. But it was in sunny IOW and the facilities were good - stand alone loos, a pretty comprehensive coffee shop - The Cove - with coffes galore, ice cream and numerous incidentals. All the staff were lovely and relaxed, all very laid back and se-stressong. Theres something about a coffee by the sea, the warmth of the latte mingling serenely with the ebb and flow of waves breaking on the small but nicely formed beach. After a while we fancied an ice cream but ended up e enjoying a "Gin and Tonic" ice lolly, Calippo style. Would never get you tipsy but really quite refreshing, just like the ambience of Steephill Cove. A good visit.
