Wow the staff were so lovely and accompanying from the beginning and the food was delicious! Half of our table have bad intolerance to any dairy and staff knew exactly what had dairy and even offered to change a dish of needed. Very impressed. They also had a great little baby seat too. Highly recommend. Don't be put off by the slightly tired exterior. We'll be eating here again!
The food was really really really tasty! We were blessed not to have to wait to be seated but that also meant the atmosphere was fairly quiet and it didn't help that the main sound system had an issue on that evening. Nevertheless, the waiter offered to play some background music from his phone, which was awesome! We were served very quickly and everyone's meal was absolutely delicious! I would highly recommend eating here or ordering a takeaway from them. Could this be the best Indian restaurant on the Isle of Wight? 🤔
We ordered vegetable Bombay, naan and veg biryani.
We have had to choose take away since there was no availability in dine. We requested to make naam thin and crispy but we realised that the request was unheard of. However, the food was very tasty and so satisfactory, almost authentic Indian taste. They gave us 2 papadams along with biryani which we really appreciate but we were expecting curd or raita also to make it complete. The overall experience is very good.

I was accomodated as a walk in which I appreciated very much. The server was nice. Food was fresh, hot, delicious!
Only downside would be the cleanliness and the lack of atmosphere
Came here on a recommendation, food was really good and probably one of the best naan breads I’ve had in a long time as well. Will definitely be going back for more.
Top drawer curry house. Not bags of ambience but the product more than makes up for it. The menu is extensive and the dishes we've tried on multiple visits have all been exceptional. If you can judge a curry house by its bhajis then this is a real winner. You won't be disappointed if you give it a try.
My favourite curry house on the IOW, nice friendly staff and interesting menu. Some items can be a bit sweet. I am always surprised it isn't rammed every night. Best Naan ever !
One of 2 local indian restaurants . This one is my preferred place for take away. However if you want to sit down in a spacious surrounding its a bit small. The Masala Bay restaurant has a lot more seating and still serves good food.

Another fabulous tasty take away curry. Even grumpy hubby adoring the lamb madras! Our order by phone taken by a delightful young lady who spoke clearly and slowly and got everything down correctly. All the containers were clearly marked with their contents and this was a big bonus. Such delicious varied tastes and textures-we are so lucky to have them close by in Ventnor and delivered by a delightful courier.Thank you and never change!!!
We got a takeaway from Red Chilli delivered the first night we stayed in Ventnor. Really fab food, excellent value for money. Decently spicy and very flavoursome. Chicken Dansak was my favourite. Sag Paneer was really lovely too
Went here while on holiday in the Isle of Wight, everywhere was very booked up, but the staff at Red Chili managed to fit us in.
Food was amazing and the waiter was really friendly, would definately recommend, and we will definitely be retuning on our next trip!
I enjoyed a wonderful meal at this restaurant (20/08/2016). My dish was the vegetarian sambar and mushroom rice. The chef took great care in preparing this flavoursome dish. I would recommend that beverages (cool drinks ) are stored in a fridge. Apart from this, it's well worth a visit if you are in Ventnor. Keep up the great service, guys!

Best Indian in Ventnor... The menu has all the traditional favourites and then some really good house specials. The seating is nothing special, but the service is always friendly.... They also do a great value meal for 4 and they deliver locally.... Always going back...
