Ive been here for two days straight filling myself with a veggie breakfast, my first BLT and unlimited coffee. It's full of beautiful, polite staff and freshly cooked food (which comes out all at the same time). This is the only cafe I would fully recommend to anyone, situated in the heart of Ventnor. It will be my reason to visit the Island again. Muwah.
Ps. I won't stop until I've tried the ENTIRE menu.

My sister and I had breakfast here this morning. Fabulous sourdough toast topped with tomatoes, avocado, feta and poached egg with a sprinkling of chilli. Polished the plates clean it was that good. The coffee is the best I have ever had. Super friendly staff and a bakery to boot. An absolute must try.
Something different on the Island, exceptional and eclectic breakfast choices, quality sausages with a duck egg. Really loved it. We were looked after and our lovely waitress answered all our numerous questions. Highly recommended. Xxxxx

Had lunch here today with a group of friends - meat eaters, veggies and a vegan. All had a fab meal, no fuss! Lovely food, delicious mocktails, friendly service. No hesitation to recommend the Cantina.

Gorgeous food on every occasion we have visited. Particular favourites are the porridge and avocado toast. The bread and baked goods are fantastic too. Lovely atmosphere, great service and interesting menu. Our favourite place in Ventnor
Cantina has a great menu and staff. My kids love going there and trying different things. Their fresh bread is yummy too

Excellent food, freshly prepared, very friendly and attentive service, a lovely location, and with a great selection of Austrian and Bavarian specialties also a little piece of home on the Island. Couldn't be happier to have discovered it <3
Took friends for a meal on Thursday evening, Friendly and welcoming, great service, can see into kitchen and see food being prepared using fresh ingredients.

We stumbled upon this hidden gem when we were traveling on the Isle of Wight. Great food, even the beans for full English is specially made with chickpeas and tasty seasoning. Everything exceeded our expectations, food, latte art, even for tomato juice where they offered to make it virgin bloody mary! Delicious food, amazing service and cosy atmosphere. We were so lucky to have got the final table. Thank you! 😊

Amazing brunch and friendly staff. The only thing that lets Cantina down is the lack of space inside, therefore, they have to turn people away at the door often. It is a lovely little place and I would definitely return!

We went for dinner and had an amazing evening. Adam is a very talented chef, all our food was perfectly presented and tasted sensational.
The food is very good value for money, we just pushed up the bill with cocktails and wine!

A cozy little place, with amazing food and excellent staff. We got to try just two things out of their brunch menu, and both were beyond amazing in terms of balance of flavours, presentation. The portion size was really good. The food is cooked with love and it shows. Highly recommended.
Love this place! We came here for brunch as it had some more interesting sounding dishes on the menu and we wanted a break from the usual full English etc. We weren't disappointed. The food was delicious and full of flavour. Service was excellent too and they make a really good cup of coffee.

Outstanding food that was reasonably priced, amazingly friendly service, and a chill comforting atmosphere. The food really was divine, if you have a chance, go here. Only wish I had a bigger stomach to try more of it. Every customer was singing the praises of each dish and it's easy to see why.
Lovely place. Booked 15 for brunch. We were warned only the chef and one front of house staff working. We were fine with that and prepared to have a long wait. This didn't happen, we were served our drinks first, amazing coffee, Virgin Bloody Mary's, plenty of tap water. The food was amazing, we probably chose almost everything from the brunch menu. Clear plates all round, food was delicious, something different to the usual full English (although you can have that too) great quality food. We couldn't fault the service. We week be returning.
Booked table (recommended as small and gets busy). Food was fabulous & cooked with care. We had garlic bread& chorizo followed by fish dishes & tart to finish. Service good.
