Best interior for a cafe. A little queue and Covid rules strictly followed with enough spaces between customers. Polite staff took the order and we picked biscuits on the go.
A large cappuccino at its best presentation and taste was awesome. We liked the cake it’s so delicious as my wife enjoyed it too. Anyone who visit Uxbridge high street for shopping can relax for few minutes before heading home. Very quite place on high street with best setup.
Costa staff at this branch are brilliant with their customer service. Probably one of the best costa coffee shops in the UK. Staff always helpful, polite and very professional. Other stores should take note from this store.

The biggest fault at some costa coffee stores is due to lack of training, especially in customer service skills.
Really nice place. The interior is clean, spacious with a large view of the mall interior. The entrance is inside the next, in the women’s shoe section. A little tricky to find but definitely worth it. The coffee and hot chocolat is good. There is a nice selection of cakes and deserts as well as savoury food. The staff is nice and the service is quick.

As the most recent addition to the many coffee shops in Uxbridge, it has taken me a while to visit. Usually the Costa’s that are attached to shops aren’t the best, but this is pretty good. More space than you’d think looking from the outside and wasn’t particularly busy when I visited. Great place to catch up with friends. There’s lift access from Next - so, wheelchair friendly. Besides that, it’s a Costa, so you know what to expect.
Just got served by Simona- so so sweet and nothing was too much trouble! Would definitely recommend this Costa for taste and service!
Amazing customer service. Really it's what makes grabbing a coffee all about. A caffeinated beverage and a friendly atmosphere.
I love to pop into this branch of Costa to sit for a hour or two and plough through some work while sipping on a black Americano. Music makes it better too!

Working in Uxbridge and neros is actually alot closer but I walk here instead. Staff are friendly polite and efficient. I think the custom here don't order their coffee in a long sentence so the service is so much quicker.
Nice coffee. Tried the vitamin B12 and Zinc and it wasn't bad at all! The range of cakes was poor though. Staff was friendly. This coffee shop has tables outside usually and it's enjoyable to have coffee here, not in lockdown though.
Good quiet place, come here often. Toilets are super clean and staff is friendly. Cakes r never dry for being left out too long

In the shopping centre above next. Great coffee shop. This one at least doesn't require a bathroom code which is so annoying in some branches. Large upstairs seating. Would visit again

This review is for the smaller venue next to Uxbridge station. It is very odd that just 20 seconds walk is a much larger Costa. This one has just a few seats inside with more outdoors. The is also no toilet here. If you want a chilled, relaxed atmosphere go-to the larger premises.
