My first visit to a Krispy Kreme outlet, and the two staff members on duty were extremely courteous and polite. First class customer service when they couldn’t get an offer to go through, and it was sorted without me having to ask.
Definitely a ten on all aspects, and especially customer service, which was excellent.
Loved the donuts, even though I’m not telling my waistline!

witch she been absolutely delightful and cheerful with her service. as the shop was clean and the display feasted my eyes with great selection of doughnut witch it made my experience so brilliant. I would like to give a big thank you "Olga" . I would recommend people to go and visit to experience what I had today.

I Don’t know if any management at Krispy Kreme reads these but I wanted to let you know that your employee Hannah at the stand in intu Uxbridge is absolutely AMAZING! My 2 year old was having a serious meltdown by the stand and lasted a good 20 mins. She came over and asked if there was anything she could do to help. She was kind, compassionate and considerate. She even offered my little one a donut which was the kindest thing as by this point she was just so distraught. She spoke quietly and engaged my daughter helping her to calm down. These are the kind of qualities that you should desire in an employee. One who goes above and beyond. You can’t teach that and it’s worth honouring! We’re so thankful and will def stop off for more donuts.

Nice little selection of the tasty Krispy Kreme donuts with both the original flavours and the specials during seasonal occasions. Located inside into, it’s very easy to grab a quick bite while shopping.
