Creams happens to be one of the most sought after joint to binge on ice creams. You could literally pick any damn item from the waffles list and you would not be disapponted. It also hosts a myriad of cookies, shakes and classic sundae. Do give the white chocolate with cookies a try. Overall a pretty good joint to enjoy ice cream after a light meal.
The portions are pretty big, so be a little cautious while ordering. You don't want to end up wasting food.
If you have a sweet tooth this is the place ...crepes ,gelato everything is so good. ..you will definitely come back for more. ..must try their mango shake. ..definitely try this place.
Life is too short not to experience Creams
I visited ‘Creams in Uxbridge’ for the 1st time yesterday evening (21/09/2023) with a group of female friends. Oh my, I was pleasantly surprised at the wonderful feast that awaited me. And as I write this review, I am reliving the yummy, scrumptious tantalising, mouthwatering food and drinks that my friends and I had at ‘Creams’.
All made possible by the delightful Anna, the Manager at Creams, who reserved a semi-circular table for us, so we could all sit together.
I had the Mexican nachos with cheese and jalapeños; as well as strawberry milkshake - yummy. My friends had different sorts of waffles with different mouthwatering, tantalising toppings; and chicken bites.
The food was so good that we forgot to take photos before we ate.

We love the waffles here with the soft vanilla and strawberry ice cream was amazing.

Staff was very welcoming, great desserts. Rajni was very helpful taking our orders and accommodating our choices which slightly varied from the menu.

Delicious Ice-creams. I visit this cafe many times. The staff is so good. They are too busy all the time but they provide very good service. I specifically recommend the Royal Woffle.

Delicious waffles and ice cream. One of the members of our party got the nachos which were poor so avoid those. This is a dessert place so get what they do best

I been there many time but always I got dispointed because branch manager he don't had clue for good customer service but I think they changed management now there is lady she ask on each table if every thing is fine I really appreciate for her.

I had a great time here but it was due to Ana(Manager) I wanted more sauce on my waffle as I felt it was too small and I told to pay additional charge which was ridiculous as my waffle was dry. Ana came over and she quickly got me some extra sauce. She is honestly a star, she made my whole experience there amazing. As we were leaving we thanked her again and she is sooo kind. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customers and she loves her job. She deserves a raise cuz is soo welcoming, kind and friendly I would come back to creams just for her 😂. Thank you Ana
Anna and Jenny have exceptional customer service. We always end up in Creams for our favourite ice cream.. I highly recommend Creams for all their desserts.

I have been to a few dessert places and not many is as good as this for several reasons. Firstly, I would like to commend the staff working there for their unbelievable ability in understanding my needs and request on every occasion I have visited there over a 2 year period. The presentation has always been perfect for me as I have requested, the food is great, the service from the staff is alway to a very high standard and have gone above and beyond on several occasions. I just want to thank you all for making my visits a good experience and I would recommend anyone to visit this branch.

I decided to do a second review simply because I found this experience to be extremely thoughtful and tailored. I was unable to decide what to get because the menu simply didn't have was I like as a person, I decided to try to make my own. I showed Zuzanna a picture of something I had before and she used that a the base of what I like and came up with very creative, well thought of, and what appears in eyes a personal experience as it was made and designed to my liking. I also would like to add that both Shweta and Zuzanna was extremely polite, helpful, caring and provide me with an experience I would never forget. I will certainly visit the shop again in the future and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Celebrated my daughters 7th birthday, perfect customer service and all the kids enjoyed there freshly made waffles thank you so much for making her and her friends special.
Great deserts with a wide selection of ice cream flavours and desert types (waffle, crepe, cookie dough etc). The interior is fun and clean and the staff is friendly.
