Great "All You Can Eat" buffet with a lovely choice of pizza, pasta and salad. Drinks were extra but unlimited and self service. My new favourite is Strawberry Pepsi Max...mmmm
The experience was overall satisfactory. The restaurant is located in an old building which has a few different rooms in which you can eat. The decor is neutral but remains quite cosy. The staff was very friendly and the service very fast which was a delight. In terms of food, it was good however the dough of the pizza romana was a bit hard. The filling was a bit dull and lacked on the promised spices. The classic pizza was very nice and hearty with a great classic tomato sauce. Pizza express is located next to the parking and the cinema which makes it easily accessible and handy.
Very nice starters and main. The ambiance is excellent cosy and romantic. Overall experience was nice!
Had a lovely evening out with my work friends the waitress was great and so attentive, even when one of my friends said his pasta tasted burnt they replaced it right away and apologised for the issue. Everyone had a great night and really enjoyed the food.
The building is beautiful, food full of flavour and staff polite and pay attention to you so not hard to get there attention

Daughter had baby shower in the space upstairs. Had a buffet - selection of pizza & garlic bread brought our regularly so food on offer was always hot. Manager very helpful with the set-up so the layout was exactly how we wanted it. Service was great and everyone had a good time!
On Saturday 13th Jan we took our son back to uni. We decided it would be lovely to take him for dinner before we left him for our long drive back to Norwich. Pizza express was the joint choice. We were served by the most polite young man who was not only engaging but appeared to be enjoying his job. He was timely with all our requests of drinks/food and the bill. As we left he even wished our son well at uni which we were very impressed with. I always think that going out for food is partly for the food but also the interaction given by staff. Top Marks to this young man. I didn't catch his name but hope this can some how be passed onto him so he knows how much he was appreciated? Our food was perfect as is always the case in any Pizza express that we've eaten at. Thank you for making our visit a pleasurable one. Cheryl, Mark and Elliott

Another beautiful evening in here. No matter how busy this place is the staff are 5 star! Especially Daniella who always gives me and my family such a warm welcome! She’s so fantastic at her job, as are all the staff! Food is always spot on and delicious. We had Anma tonight she was so sweet and we served our big table of 12 fabulously! Thank you all we love love love visiting pizza express Uxbridge we are becoming regulars. Big thanks Daniella and all the staff

If it wasn’t for our server Karolena, I would have rated this place a 1-star.
When we got there, there was a complete disconnect and lack of communication between the servers and the host - 3 different people attended to us but no one could seat us despite seeing empty tables. One of the employees sat us at a table to be later told to move because that table was reserved. The first 15 min left a bad taste in my mouth and yet decided to be patient when we finally got seated. I had decided that if the service continued the way it did - we would walk away.
Fortunately, Karolena introduced herself as the server and from that point on everything was excellent. She was joyful, prompt, courteous, respectful and made sure we were well attended to. The pizzas we ordered were excellent - the one ingredient I didn’t care for were the capers but everything else was wonderful.
Thank you Karolena for the amazing service you provided and hope the management is able to train the remaining staff to be as service oriented as you are.
Pizza is out of the world and service is super good. The staff are highly friendly and always their to give you an experience you will never forget. The vibe is amazing and depending on where you sit, the views can be really nice. Regarding the menu, there is a lot to choose from and has a range of choice for all types of customers.
Excellent customer service today at Pizza Express in Uxbridge. The waitress was very friendly&helpful, we were really pleased for such a nice welcome. Pizza was good as always, but the deserts were absolutely fantastic! very good chocolate pudding with icecream, all the compliments to the chef. Also my partner had vanilla cheesecake with caramel icecream which he like it very much. All in one we had really good time this evening at Pizza Express
Standard Pizza Express menu. Best to stick to the pizzas, as some of the other "Italian" plates are not so good. Decent place; many small rooms in older building. Service was accurate and pleasant. Drinks are expensive, so watch how you order.
