Decent Greene King pub close to Uxbridge Station. Four cask beers on handpump when I last visited.
The name of the pub commemorates Henry VIII's second wife Anne Boleyn who was, of course, beheaded for treason!
Went in for a sandwich and drink whilst shopping on 27th August, and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food, I paid just over £30 for a bottle or prosecco, fish finger sandwich (which had 5 homemade strips of freshly battered fish) chicken and bacon sandwich (had a whole chicken breast
Just WOW! I could not be more impressed with this establishment if I tried!!
Me and my friend came for some drinks and food and we’re welcomed immediately by a warm smile and hello! The team was so welcoming and made our experience top tier straight away.
We had some drinks- which were very reason
We love the staff and the place. Highly recommended 👏 to go for a drink and food.
I’ve just returned from my reunion in Uxbridge where I was based for 5yrs in the RAF but having been away for so long I returned to visit my favourite places to enjoy a nice Cold aperitif or Peroni Italian lager which always tastes good especially chilled I also enjoyed a basket of Chips with salad
It was really nice to have Sunday roast!! But my recommendation will be “Half Chicken Roast” as it was well roasted! But not for the “Beef Roast”, it’s not really well roasted. It’s like eating steaks medium rare!
The services is very good. They are very humble and helpful.
Fantastic food and great atmosphere!
Had some great meals here. Wonderful little pub with excellent service.
I love this pub oldest in Uxbridge. Great staff. Can be quiet in the week but busy weekends. A great locals pub
