Same good taste of food and drinks , wireless chargers, clean tables. Cleaners are busy at all times of our visit.
We visited the drive-thru for breakfast and the service seemed to be as good as you'd expect. However, as we drove away, we noticed some food items were missing. We went inside and the staff were very happy to rectify the situation, even giving us an extra hash brown. We eventually left happy with all the good food we'd ordered. We'd happily visit here again.
Very good just needs a bigger car park at very busy times especially as just off A50 and near to turning for Alton Towers
If you brought land close by and revamped car park it would be so much better and more customers
Just had a big refurbishment with more emphasis being put into the drive-thru side of things (this is always busy).
They have reduced the size of the dine-in area and the service is ok depending on how busy it is.
Burgers taste exactly the same!
Cleanliness McDonald's I've been to for a while. Staff are very friendly and polite. Thank you as having our toddler with us and you're store being clean, one less stress to worry about!
I like this branch. It's quite handily placed on A50 midway-ish between M6 and M1 so it's perfect location for a pitstop if you need a break. It's quite busy but it's always fast and food is fresh too, no soggy burgers that have been hanging around here👍🏻
The car park is a nightmare; people drive the wrong way around it all the time. This place is also always busy. I've never seen it anywhere close to having more than two free spaces available!
Our order arrived promptly and it was all correct but all the four packs of fries were stale.
We didn't have time to complain, I know they would have replaced them but we were on our way and had to keep to schedule.

Staff were friendly and competent, drive thru queue was long but moved fairly quickly. Food was very good. Got napkins without having to ask and the receipt in the bag.

Right next to the Esso garage. Not suitable pit stop for cars towing things.
We always stop at this McDonald's on our way back for Lancashire. It's always clean and never seems to be too busy at the time of our visits. Toilets are always clean and the staff are friendly. Food is always nice too with minimal waiting time.
Stopped off after Alton towers day, was reasonably clean and tidy. Newbie on the till which made it a bit slow but everyone has to learn!
Pretty standard MD's with the horrible hard grim yellow and white uncomfortable chairs from the 80's like the rest of them.
Charging points at each table though- bonus (if you find one that works!)
food was good, no complaints. clean area with helpful lovely staff. only problem was parking. almost impossible with the drive thru blocking half the cars in :/
