we stayed here for 1 night. excellent location, rooms have no faults at all. plenty of plug/usb sockets. Big TV. bathroom clean and shiny.
we had breakfast in the restaurant, food fresh and plenty of it. Fried breakfast cooked fresh on ordering with the waitress.
would definitely stay there again.
Stayed her for 2 nights. The staff were fabulous and very welcoming even at 1:40am when we arrived. The room was clean and they even put a banner in our room and left a couple of gifts for my Daughters 8th birthday today. Will definitely be going back there for our next trip to Alton Towers.
Me and my partner stayed for one night, we found the room was cosy and spacious, the staff were really friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived and location was brilliant, already talking about going back!
Booked in advance to stay for 1 night after a day at Alton towers, was easy 20 mins drive away, room was clean and good and the food was alright too. Overall very easy and reasonably priced.

Had a very pleasant stay here whilst attending a friends wedding . It's a great place to stay , very modern ,clean and friendly staff in both hotel and pub restaurant on site .

I prefer Burger King to the other (probably slightly more well-known) burger place, I think its food is tastier. That said, it is still a quick food burger place, so it's not in the league of uptown restaurants. Had a burger made with Angus beef and some dirty fries with cheese and bacon. Very nice. The place was clean and brightly lit, although not graced by many patrons. All in all, quite satisfying.
We were in the road, having landed in the UK only a few hours earlier, and were thrilled to discover a full vegan menu at this BK! The restaurant was clean, the kiosks were easy to order from, and the staff were friendly. I wish BKs in the USA offered as many vegetarian & vegan options!
Visiting on the way home from a weekend away and I have to say one of the best burger kings I’ve had. Food was hot and fresh, restaurant was clean and staff polite. Would highly recommend
I travel a lot, eating a lot on the road and this is the best burger king i have ever been to, if i am ever traveling past here i hold on so that this is where i eat. It's mostly quiet, its always the best burger king in terms of food. cant fault it.

Much better since it reopened. I'm hoping it doesn't go back to old habits with lukewarm food and poor service. Food actually tasted fresh and no issues. Keep up the good work

Most of the fast food chains are what they are but I really enjoyed the burger really nicely cooked staff were friendly enough the placed looked clean so all in all can’t really complain
... late last night, nearly closing time yet the service and the food was exceptional. One of the best whopper meals we had. Thank you.
It's a nice location for a quick break. toilets were so nice and clean, but they need more self-service counters as there are only 2, and customers have to wait overall nice and clean excellent service
