Decently quick service and consistent quality, though it’s on the edge of a trading estate and the aroma of the nearby sewage works can sometimes drift across causing a right stink. Best to either eat in the car with the windows up or go in. You can also be double bouji and get a Five Guys shake from the adjacent restaurant. Unfortunately the price of most McDonald’s has increased consistently over the last few years, it’s no longer a cheap option at all unless you go for the Saver menu. You may wish to spend a couple of quid more and just go to Five Guys if you want a truly fresh burger customised, but for McPlants, the usual lineup or a solid breakfast option Maccys still wins.
1st time in this one…Big shout out to Glenn - most polite, friendly and hard working employee I’ve ever encountered - literally never stopped welcoming people, checkin in on folk and cleaning the seating area from top to bottom (literally- scrubbing under all the tables) - what a brilliant example 👍🏼⭐️
I mean it was McDonalds, so expectations were set accordingly, but food wasn’t cold and the order was correct first time 👍
Quick enjoyable snack / but what a performance trying to drive off the retail park.
Much nicer since refitted really like having staff providing a friendly welcome and ar available to help with ordering on the touch screen. Usually pretty busy but service good and mostly friendly. Dining area's one of the cleanest seen in a McDonald's.
UPDATE- I have returned to this McDonalds numerous times since original post, & have only had this issue once. 9/10 times proportions are very generous.

Great, clean restaurant. Staff always pleasant and helpful. They will try to tailor meals and swap items to suit your needs and there is never any issues.
I ordered a burger without bun. My meal was put on tray and I was also given a knife and fork.
They still gave me the bun, so my husband made a chip barm for himself! 😂👍
