The manager on duty (Lin) looking after guests on 22/07/23 is absolutely phenomenal.
I havent has such caring and attentive service in a long time. And it wasn't just me and my children. He was constantly walking about, checking in and talking to his guests. What a guy.
Ordered Uber eats. They ran out of muffins so I got a cute message saying they ran out. I always use this McDonalds because in the Eccles one, there is always a problem with my order. Thanks for the message. I actually smiled when reading it x

Good service and clean place during the evening hours.
Food fab and the staff all friendly and cheerful, nothing too much trouble. Place clean and tidy and service fast with lots of people working to get the food out fast, some looked like management.
Think what you will of big chain restaurants, the staff here deserve credit for their excellent service. Patient, polite and friendly. This MacDonald’s is in a high traffic area yet it was very safe and well organised with regards to the co-vid measures too. And yes the chips were top notch!
Young lady on the drive thru section was very polite and well-mannered. Good communication between staff and overall a lovely atmosphere. 😊
Place has improved so much, food is nice and fresh, no flat coke, no soggy fries and best of all is our favourite "employee of the year" Mo :). Such a kind, friendly man making each time we are in an enjoyable trip :)
