Friendly, efficient staff, really nice atmosphere, the limited edition kitkat hot chocolate is epic, have never had that much whipped cream on top of one before, amazing. If it's busy downstairs, check upstairs as there's plenty of seats up there, and you get a good view of the square out of the win

Like this branch as you can go upstairs and overlook the rest of the shops and people watch, it's quieter up there and you feel you can relax better when your upstairs. Staff seem friendly and tell you about offers available at that time.
