Absolutely fantastic service today. We came as a group of 44 year 6 leavers children and families so over 75 customers in total and the organisation and staff service was second to none. Can't thank you all enough for helping our children's celebration run smoothly! Hope you all have a large drink tonight it's definitely deserved x

Fantastic party for my 7 year old and 20 friends yesterday. Staff were brilliant. Kids loved the bottomless drinks. Had the whole conservatory to ourselves. Totally amazing customer service! The staff deserve a pat on the back.

Thank you to the very helpful Pizza Hut staff at Trafford Retail Park this evening for accommodating to my FODMAP free diet! It was wonderful! I was given the dietary information binder which really helped me make good decisions about my pizza and its toppings. I had been looking forward to pizza all week, it was worth the wait!

Lovely meal out with the family. Standard Pizza Hut - you can't go wrong. Friendly staff and great food. Zoe was really helpful. All I'd suggest is to get rid of having to order online. It's such a ball ache. Luckily Zoe was to hand as I felt 100 years old trying to work the online ordering. Pen and paper is so much quicker. π

The staff were very attentive and friendly. The childrens food came out first which is a good thing. Although we didn't have to wait long for adult meals as they came out straight afterwards. It was clean and will definitely go back.

Great staff and fast turn around of food and drink order. The all you can eat buffet is a clear winner with my children. Can be expensive if ordering from the main menu but no more than other main franchise restaurants.
We were given excellent service from Harvey he made sure we our drinks were served promptly. He did a great job making sure we had everything we wanted.
I think the manager came to my assistance when the drinks machine stopped operating se was very curtious and got my dronk sorted.

It was really tasty dishes we had; full of flavour and fresh. The staff (just happened to be the manager, we didn't realise) was extremely pleasant and efficient. We'll definitely go back again!
I've 2 aurtistic kids and they love eating at pizza hut quite and the food is what they like if I cook garlic bread they won't touch it but pizza hut he eats loads which is what it's about
