I absolutely adore this little gem of a cafe. Lovely ambience beside the river with birds singing, and 70’s classic rock playing. Such a relaxed vibe. The staff are friendly and you can tell they take pride in their job. The cozy blankets on top of the chairs are a nice touch. Clean cups, utensils, and even a sparkling wine glass. Come and check this place out for yourself! 💙

Had a lovely bite to eat with great coffee. Dog friendly and highchairs are available. We did have to collapse the pram to get downstairs but it wasn’t any trouble and staff were more than happy to help. Beautiful setting and looking forward to going again. Certainly recommend and you must try the brownies (thank me later)

Love this little place ( need to be able to descend a flight of steep stairs). Ideal for light bites and a warm, friendly welcome. Selection of different teas blended locally. All outdoor seating with half covered . Uncovered overlooks the stream running below.ovrrhead heaters in covered areas and blankets offered of needed. Just what I needed yesterday as a break on the walk along the canal. The staff also appreciate feedback re cakes etc which is a nice change from often indifference at some places elsewhere.

This is the best little café in Uppermill for dog walkers .... breakfast menu includes "doggy sausage" a big favourite with our "best friends". It also has scrumptious cakes and a great coffee for human customers, highly recommended.

Lovely Small Cafe in the centre of the village right next to the river, coffee was fresh and the food was very nice. Dog friendly as well, which is always a bonus.
