Our go to Pub when in the area. The staff are always warm and welcoming . The pub serves a wide selection of home cooked food the beef honey and chilli noodles being one of my favourite dishes. To be fair everything we have had we have really enjoyed. The real ale has again always been well looke

Lovely staff brilliant band good atmosphere

Amazing Sunday roast Lunch today thank you. Beef was pink and melted in your mouth, there are generous portions of meat and veg, yorkies are large. The chicken was excellent also. Best place for Sunday lunch.

We had a clean and comfortable twin room. Gareth, Charlotte and the team were friendly helpful and fun. Good pub grub and and a good pint. Unpretentious but made to feel welcome and treated as friends. Excellent value.

Very comfortable pub and friendly welcoming staff. Nicely cooked food and good portions. Would have given 5 stars if choice of meat had been greater. It was roast beef or lamb and no other menu items.

Called in to find they had a beer festival on, so my experience may be non-standard. Very good to find a real cider at last after disappointments at the Castle and the Kings Head. Ended up staying for a second Seacider (a local product from Brighton). Seems to be the best pub in Bramber and Beeding.

Staff are friendly and welcoming. The food was excellent (the beef steak chilli was crafted in the fires of mordor but worth every firey mouthful). The pub and garden are lovely and well kept. Very enjoyable indeed!

A lovely little pub in Upper Beeding, I used to live in that area and the rising sun was always the better of the pubs especially for food, friendly staff and great food, especially the garlic bread with cheese, I'd travel there just for that alone.
