Been here 3 times inside 2 weeks. Every time was fantastic. The atmosphere is amazing, the service is fantastic, the staff are just awesome and made us, and me, feel so at home. And the food is just incredible, can be tailored to every taste and spice. This is one restaurant one must visit.
Went whilst on a business trip. A little understaffed at the time which meant the waiting time was a good while. Food was ok. The service was pretty good. The price for the food was excellent.
Excellent food and service. The Happy hour offer is very good value. Staff are helpful guiding you to choose something different to try. Onion Bahji and butter chicken are the best I've ever had.
Another lovely meal at Aroma. From the moment you walk in you are warmly welcomed. The food is always flavourful and tasty. The staff are nice and friendly and look after you very well Sham who served me was pleasant and professional at the same time. Best Indian restaurant in Ulverston. I will be back again soon.
Such a lovely place to eat, staff are brilliant and couldn't do enough! The food was amazing I especially loved the lime pickle condiment, I got given a little tub to take home and the Kisan chicken was full of flavours.

Still the best Indian in Ulverston. Food was delicious. Only issue was my main was too spicy but the staff immediately offered to cook me another. I told them it would be fine so long as I could have a drink of milk with it. Straight away they sent a member of staff out to buy a carton of milk. Great service, well done Aroma
Food was absolutely delicious. Not busy so that affected atmosphere, but made our own. Lovely staff, even got extra mint chocs

We are currently visiting the lake district and wanted a take away. I came across this place which had really great reviews. They weren't wrong!!! It was absolutely delicious. I had a chicken tikka balti and my mum had chicken tikka. We had poppadoms and a pickle tray. We both agreed that this has to be the best curry that we've ever had, which includes the places we've been to in our home town of Nottingham. The service was excellent too even though it was just a takeaway. Well worth an order :-)

Called in here for a takeaway while visiting the area. Lovely food and service and experienced a lovely atmosphere in the restaurant while waiting for it that makes us want to come back to eat in next time
We hadn't booked as it was early evening on a Thursday freezing cold outside and thought a curry would warm us up, we were welcomed in and shown to our table, not being rushed chose and ordered our meal. The food was excellent, the service was excellent plus the cost was more than reasonable. We would highly recommend and will be going again.
First time we've been to Aroma and we were blown away by the quality of the food and the friendly attentive service. Delicious meal cooked perfectly and the naan was amazing. Can't fault this restaurant. Yes the decor is maybe slightly "no frills" but the food was so good, plus the menu is excellent with a good balance of "the usual favourites" and "chef specials" that made it an enjoyable experience just choosing what to have, as well as eating it LOL! Highly recommended.
