Came in too late to eat but the team member who we spoke to was exceptional in his service to us. I didn’t get his name but if I can remember correctly he was Irish or maybe Scottish! Great fella, we’ll revisit at the right time for food because of his service.

Exceptional service! I came to enjoy a delightful Sunday Roast and I got just that! Minus the over cooked roast potatoes that were completely overruled by the mouth watering beef! I had a sticky toffee pudding as a dessert which was prevented beautifully and did not disappoint. I will be back again
Great pub/bar, very trendy and THE place to be in Ulverston.
It is a lovely place but it is not a place to have a quiet drink, open fire and muddy boots but it doesn't pretend to be.
It has great food and beers, the staff are great and very helpful.
The food and service was amazing, the staff was extremely welcoming. The beef brisket was delicious and so tender + tasty, their fish and chips was one of the best I’ve ever had. Their portions are HUGE make sure you are hungry :) very highly recommended
Exceptional food. The Guiness and the coffee was superb too. Highly recommend. You might want to book, it was packed on a Tuesday lunchtime, we got the last table luckily
