Just had the best Fish N Chips i have had in a long time. Super moist delicious white Haddock in a light golden melt in the mouth batter with fluffy chunky chips and a homemade tartare sauce. Simply divine!

Had another lovely lunch with a friend and our children. So cosy sat on the sofas by the open fire, food was amazing again. Staff are just the best. Manager even held my 5 month old (who has a major soft spot for her) so I could eat. Faultless food, service and ambiance, thanks

Stopped in for a late lunch. Had vegetable soup and it was very good. Ordered the scallop starter as my main and it may have been the best scallops I have ever eaten. Perfectly cooked and served with black pudding & bacon and a delicious sauce and micro-greens for garnish but they too were delicious. It was unexpected to be served such a high end dish in a casual eatery. Kudos to the chef!

After being turned away for a walk-in at the pub up the road, my partner and I walked into The Seaforth without a booking, we were warmly welcomed to the busy restaurant and the lovely ladies found us a table and took our order straight away. The scallops are sensational and our waitress recommended the mussels…. I wasn’t disappointed! Fantastic service, great atmosphere and delicious, fresh seafood… we couldn’t have asked for better!

Braved the rain for dinner - sat in the outside section and had a fantastic fish and chips with a couple of cold beers. Staff were friendly and the food was hot and tasty, and it all arrived quickly. Well worth a visit!

Consistently good on a few visits, excellent staff, open all day and one of best in town. Sarah and the team at Seaforth have been brilliant every time I’ve visited, excellent for families, groups and solos alike. Food really excellent. Chip shop attached so volume alone it’s straight off the boat and into the pan…

We ate here twice. The chips are gluten free as standard, and fried in rapeseed oil. There are veggie/vegan options too (unfortunately not gluten free). Hubby got haggis & chips and it was a huge portion. Kids sausage & chips were a good size too.

The fish and chips were outstanding. Super fresh! We also had the steak and salmon as well. The steak was very good and cooked to perfection. The salmon was perfect as well and served with hollandaise sauce-so good! Service is excellent. One of the best meals we have had while in Scotland for 17 days.

The restaurant was very busy and staff was rushing around and all hands on. I ordered fish and chips, the fish was scrumptious and fresh, mushy peas were flavoursome but chips let the dish down. To my opinion, the food and drinks were overpriced. £8 for a glass of orange juice? The atmosphere was pretty much okay. Nothing really special.

Lunch time meal here while watching the world go by. A cruise ship was docked in the harbour so Ullapool was very busy and we had to wait for a table. We are two courses with drinks. The meals are pricey but delicious and you are paying for quality plus the location. We had olives & bread plus cheesy garlic bread to share between four as a starter. We then had two burgers, scampi and Mac n Cheese for our mains. The portions were all good sized. 😁 See pictures attached. The staff were friendly and helpful and would happily recommend this place. 😎👍

We really enjoyed our evening at the Seaforth! It had a great menu, with a mix of Scottish Classics, local seafood and vegetarian options. Amazing portion sizes, I've never seen so much smoked salmon in my life! The bar also offered a great selection of local beers. Service was great, with very friendly staff - our waitress, Sarah, was very attentive and kind!

We had our evening dinner here The positives: 1. Excellent, friendly and helpful service. 2. Quality of the food. We ordered Cullen Skink and Scallops for starters. Fish and chips and Salmon for main and shared an Eton Mess for dessert. The food was cooked to perfection, absolutely delicious. The salmon was one of the best cooked pieces of salmon I have eaten in a restaurant. 10/10! The negatives: 1. Prices- This meal with a bottle of the cheapest white wine cost £120 now we did opt to pay the service charge as we felt the service most definitely deserved it. £19.95 for some, albeit good, fish and chips and that was one of the cheapest mains?! Previously we would have eaten a few times in the Seaforth when staying in Ullapool but not this time, at those prices. These are fine dining prices and whilst the quality we felt cannot be faulted be prepared to spend a lot of money particularly if you are a family of 4 +

By far one of the best fish and chips in Scotland! The service staff was genuine, friendly and checked on us at various times to see if all is good. They have also started on a new ordering system where you don’t have to download an app, just simply scan the QR code, order your food, payment is immediately made, and your food will shortly arrive. 10/10!
