Turned off a bug build up on the M5 to find lunch and cans across this fine village pub. Sat in the patio in the sun and enjoyed steak and ale pie and lasagne. Nice pint of Butcombe. Food freshly cooked but not too long a wait.

Easter Sunday lunch with friends. Booked here as we were staying at the Hide nearby for a weekend. Food was outstanding and very well priced. Service was good. Will be recommending to anyone staying in the area.

Lovely pub, great food and good value for money. Only thing I will say is the service wasn't amazing, but everyone was very friendly :) there was some weird smell at times due to pipework but that is being fixed and it wasn't too noticeable most of the time.
