Lovely small tea room. Extremely friendly staff. Food exceptional. I am disabled and was shown a toilet on ground floor which was perfectly adequate. Lovely enjoyable afternoon.

Excellent food, great choice, lovely service. Unfortunately not on the seafront but well worth the loss of view.

Great menu and good value
