The food here is amazing! Had freshly made banana bhajis and they were fantastic! Tamarind sauce that came with it went superbly with the bhajis. And their selection of products and groceries was a sight to see! Definitely recommend it if you want proper street food.
We had a takeaway and we were blown away by the nicely chosen spices in each meal. The portions are generous and the food is cooked with care. The menu changes, which is great.
Prices are very reasonable too.

Really delicious food. Been here a number of times and always impressed with the taste. I particularly the vegetarian Indian and South East Asian dishes. Tried the Vietnamese meatballs the other week and they were really good! The portion sizes are generous. Foodie heaven!

I had an amazing beef curry, as well as some excellent sides. The service was fantastic, I had a lovely chat with Ang who makes the food herself and also offers cooking classes. I'll definitely be back. Food quality and service are 5 star, and at affordable prices. It's great to have world cuisine right on my doorstep in Tynemouth!

Amazing! The food here is always delicious, the choice of hot food and salads is fantastic. Friendly staff and a great little shop to find those missing ingredients without having to travel into town. Reasonable prices and large portions, a healthy alternative to other take outs in the area.
We attended a Saturday night tasting menu at this beautiful venue, Angana the owner, shared her knowledge of all five courses from throughout Asia, fascinating stuff, this intimate venue seats up to 16 customers and must be booked in advance for these Saturday night specials. The freshly cooked food was wonderful and the ambiance lovely and warm, well worth a visit at £25/head
We took the Malaysian cooking class and absolutely loved it. Anj was easy to talk to and a great teacher. The food was fantastic and we went home with enough to feed a large family. I would HIGHLY recommend taking her cooking classes to all of my friends. Not only did she teach the recipes, but she also talked us through techniques, and explained why and how they worked (her background as a chemist really kicked in on this). She also let us know where to find the ingredients that may not be available from the local grocery store. We are already thinking about which of her classes we'll take next.
One of my favourite places to go in Tynemouth. Would definitely recommend the vegetarian food. Friendly and very helpful staff. Have sat in to eat or more often used the take away.
We had a gorgeous meal from here tonight. Thai chicken curry and beef satay and it was full of flavour and pretty healthy. We will definitely be back. I can definitely recommend
Outstanding food, great flavour. The meat is good quality and the portion sizes are decent a lot bigger than what they use to be.
Tried the Thai Massaman Beef Curry today from the walk-in menu, well worth the price! If looking for somewhere a bit different to eat lunch, support a local business and eat here.
I've had takeaways from here on a few occasions. Each time, the curries have been really tasty. Good selection of deli items too.

Very tasty food. Portions are a bit on the frugal side and some thing better than the flimsy plastic cutlery would help but the taisty was excellent.
Delicious salad and helpful staff. Great atmosphere. We were not able to use the toilets though which wasn't great.
The best Asian food in North Tyneside and great, hard to find ingredients on sale. The team that work here are great as well. Try the kutchuri from the hot snacks
