We got married here on 1st July 2017.. the day was absolutely amazing! The staff are lovely and I couldn’t have had a better day!
We have stayed at the hotel 3 times since our wedding as we love it so much! Recently staying on Saturday 30th June for our anniversary!
Would one million percent recommend for your wedding or even just a nights break!
Stayed just 1 night. But we had a fabulous time. We took our mam for her 89th birthday to celebrate. Our room was amazing. Sea view plenty room for the 3 of us. Separate lounge area. Huge wardrobe space. We were impressed. Fabulous meal in the restaurant. Thank you to Joe for looking after us so very well. Breakfast was perfect. Freshly cooked and helpful staff. Overall a brilliant time was had by all. Very highly recommended
Could not fault anything from arriving to leaving great room pure luxury and excellent staff from reception to breakfast.

I had afternoon tea with my daughter. The food was lovely and so much of it. I ended up taking the cakes home (bar 1 which I ate). The service and the staff were excellent. I cannot fault anything at all. It was also very reasonably priced. I would certainly go back and would certainly recommend it. �����
We held a family 'afternoon tea' party for a joint 90th birthday/retirement celebration. Perfect venue for a tea party. Beautiful setting, room large enough for 40 but still intimate and relaxed. Great food and good service. Even able to make use of the magnificent staircase to have a group photo.
An amazing place, stated for my nephew's wedding 11th Nov to 13th 2017.The rooms, function rooms,food and staff are 100%.One of the best weekend I have had in along time. And the views out to sea are lovely

My family and I had a lovely afternoon tea in the Brasserie. I’m vegan, so called ahead to ensure they could accommodate me, and they certainly did! I had a delicious stand of vegan sandwiches, scones, and cakes, and both the chefs and the wait staff were incredibly helpful. Mine was delicious, and the rest of my party also said the same about theirs! We’ll definitely be back, for both another afternoon tea and for normal dining, and we will be recommending this place to everyone! Thanks, Grand Hotel!
We had our wedding on 2nd August 2018 , what can I say from our initial consultation right through to the day the staff are faultless, helpful and friendly our day was amazing the food was outstanding the rooms were fantastic everything was just perfect thank you so much for everything you did , Jill and derrick
We arrived early to attend a wedding with check in not until 3pm. The hotel staff very kindly prepared our room for 11am enabling my wife and I to change and freshen up before attending the wedding. The service throughout our stay was excellent. The facilities and location were everything we wanted.
