I went in for a late lunch (about 2pm) on a Friday and there were a few empty tables. It's table service and I was quickly brought a menu and asked for a drinks order. They have a lot of different things on tap but they also have a great cocktail menu.

Steak Frites was delicious with amazing sauce. Good portion size !
Unfortunately the "Ultimate" prawn dirty fries had at most 2 prawns in and the chips were really salty - not good value for money on the sides.
Service and drinks were good.
Delicious cocktails and vegan options. A comfortable, nicely decorated place in the heart of tynemouth. Had a staff meal/party here not long ago and it was a great choice of venue, the staff were very kind and helpful.
The James P Sullivan burger is probably the best burger I've ever had. I got the chilli cheese beef chips which were also fantastic. Beautiful decor, friendly service, dog friendly. Food was good, drinks menu is huge. Pricey overall I felt but a nice treat meal. Def one for a repeat visit
Food and cocktails were so tasty! Loved the Korean tacos!
Update on cocktails were much better than the previous time I visited and even the non alcoholic cocktails tasted just as good!

I wish I were less than a 4.5 hour drive from this place! Visited whilst up for a family wedding. Amazing food, service, ambiance! They gave us a great table for the 11 of us. Will definitely return.
Delicious food, friendly staff and a really nice interior. Big shoutout to the staff who kept my power bank behind the bar after I stupidly left it there and so I could come and collect it the next day! Will definitely be back soon!
