Nice food and friendly staff. Thomas was really helpful and delivered food quickly and took care of other things like toddler chair.
Now its our frequent goto place after grocery shopping.
My experience overall was good. My only down points was that access to the McDonald's was not right by the McDonald's side of the building. You have to walk the whole way round to the Asda entrance to gain access to the building and then walk all the way down to the McDonalds . The staff are friendly and made sure I was ok and everything was moving as expected.
Absolutely unreal. Tried to leave a review on Uber eats but for some reason you can’t? I always order from Potts Street in town as it’s the only one that comes up. Whitley Road was the only one open on Uber eats tonight.
When I tell you that was the most boujee stunning mackies I’ve ever had. Holy cow. Whenever we get mackies from Potts Street it looks like someone’s used the burgers as a punching bag. Whitley Road had the perkiest buns I’ve ever see.
For once actually looked like how McDonald’s advertises their food. Bare in mind I only had a chicken mayo. But hands down best chicken mayo in my life. Whoever made it get yerself to 21 on the quayside cos you need to be working with gourmet food. Absolute chefs kiss 👌🏼 xoxoxox
Tremendously impressed with one of the managers, Phillip, today who dealt with my complaint in a super friendly and professional way. He listened to me properly and went above and beyond to resolve my issue swiftly and above expectation. If only all managers had such sensible customer service skills....thanks.
Just called in to have something to drink but the greeter who was there was really lovely her name is Anne. She helped with ordering and showed us how to get the discount at the minute for eating in. She organised the table for us made sure it was clean and was very pleasant and helpful. Its nice when your treat as an individual. Many thanks.
As far as a maccies goes this place had it all, burgers, fries and happy meals.
You name it they had it.
They didn't have a happy meal toy but that's the way the cookie crumbles.
