I've been here twice and the coffee and cakes are lovely. I've only tried one cake so far. However, I doubt if I'll visit again, because the cups they use are far too small. It wouldn't cost them any more, it would just be a case of adding more water. The smallest size coffee in Costa is far bigger. Pity, because I prefer to support independent coffee shops. Why is coffee so expensive everywhere now?! .

This is a really lovely spot just off the main road. There's a big rack to put bikes on outside and the staff were welcoming and helpful. There was a stunning array of baked goods - I highly recommend the Vegan Lotus brownie (thanks to the waitress who recommended it to me). The coffee is brilliant. The long black is rich and nutty, clearly well-chosen and run by experienced baristas. The toilet is spacious and there is loads of space in the cafe. Plus the ambience is super friendly, lots of smiles and laughter around.

Just got my bike from BIA after having to replace a fork. Fantastic service from both Luke and Ferdi, very knowledgeable and attentive. The coffee is always great too! Thanks very much guys!

Nice food and cafe but the best bit is the cycle repairs. Two very good mechanics who handle all sorts of bikes, work is very good and reasonable prices. Excellent. Thanks.

I had the privileged experience of joining Bia for one of their Bia Escapes to the Alps. It was a bucket list item and a dream come true for me in many ways. Riding with inspiring women helped me to find what Bia calls #thepowerofi and what I realise is the strength we all have within us. I don't have enough words to adequately do it justice but it was the best riding I've ever done with amazing company, great food, a beautiful chalet, incredible scenery, phenomenal support (emotional, mechanical and otherwise)...and seamless organisation from start to finish.

Nice selection of savory and sweets but can often sell out. Also £2.20 for a babychino? It's milk, most places give it for free

Fabulous bike shop, friendly staff and owner, always willing to help and support with every and any bike related need/question! I’ve been a member of the Bia cycling club for a few years and the community of ladies are so supportive and welcoming. If you need your bike fixed, a spare part or even fancy joining the club, I can’t recommend enough!
