Excellent local. This is a proper pub without any pretentiousness, just the traditional values of good beer, great pub grub and extremely friendly service. The prices are also very reasonable and it is deservedly popular. Well done!

Lovely old pub food quality very good and different to the usual pub grub. It also has a couple of function areas which get a lot of use.

Went for an evening meal whilst visiting the area. Very friendly reception, our dog was well received and given a treat, which always goes down well with him. Food was delivered quickly, hot, well presented and tasty. Service was friendly and quick, nice atmosphere. Reasonably sized car park. Only 1
