This is the best place to come for a great meal. The menu is amazing, with a range of quality food and a great selection drinks. The staff is impeccable, they make this place a joy to visit. I can't emphasise how great they all are. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming, with a great attitude. Highly recommended place to visit.

If I could do more than 5 Stars I would. Every time I dine here , perfection. Everything about this restaurant which should be a 3 star Michelin . It is the best dining experience ever. The food is out of this world. Mysore Chilli prawns were beautiful and packed a punch in flavour and taste. If I could eat here every day I would. The atmosphere is spot on all the time . The staff is amazing , friendly and perfect. They cook everything to world class standard. I love everything about this world class restaurant. Thank you to CHAS and ALL OF THE STAFF for a world class birthday and night. We will always remember this night. We will be back.

Most excellent!
Haweli did a really good job with the food, service and atmosphere. They also offered a place in their sort-of-secret parking area, which in the end I didn't need since I found a free-to-park area on a side street. Parking is likely to be a problem for those who don't know this area, partly because the restaurant is located at a busy intersection.
The food? I gave up on reading the menu almost immediately - since our fellow diners know the place well, IMHO it was worth leaning on the wait staff for their recommendations rather than deciding for myself from the menu. They chose the Jadhpuri Venison for me - it's very smokey, just as the menu states. I perhaps wouldn't have chosen the venison by myself, which is why I'll defer to the restaurant staff and ask what they recommend there. The venison tasted just like beef, which is probably not very surprising.
We also started off with gigantic onion bhajees - a classic for my dining party!
Finally, the restaurant staff were clearly happy to see us there. That makes a lot of difference to this reviewer. I follow Latif's Inspired, a YouTube contributor working as a chef in Stoke. They 'knew' him, and our back and forth conversation had a way of keeping the evening flowing. Nice job Haweli!

Food was amazing best food I've tasted in a long time. service hit an miss, trying to get servers attention very difficult, only one waiter seemed happy to be working..however food outstanding price very good too.highlly recommended. We will be back.

Enjoyed a dinner on a Saturday at Haweli. The food and service was excellent. I would recommend the chicken korma with some rice and a garlic naan. Simply delicious.
The food here is just delicious. Everyone in our group loved their meal and the service is excellent. Very helpful, friendly staff.

We had an amazing meal at this restaurant and would thoroughly recommend dining here. The service was attentive and friendly; thank you Ali and colleagues. The decor is nice and everything looked spotlessly clean. All the dishes were beautifully flavoured and presented. We particularly loved the Dhansak and the Onion Bhaji, but everything was delicious. Thank you, we plan to return.
Just ordered from here for the first time it’s the best Indian food I’ve ever had no grease on any dish foods fresh and amazing would recommended to any one to eat here this is my new spot will be taking the family here for dinner soon also gave me extras on my order a-swell quick service take my hat of to the chef
Waiter didn't get drink order correctly. Don't think he understood English very well. Food excellent. If you go for the Onion Bahjee as a starter - beware! They are as big as tennis balls. As usual, we were offered a complimentary after dinner drink. As as ll were driving we couldn't take it up but I thought this was a nice touch.
We were time short, and Haweli obliged. Had a good natter and so was the food, more to the point. The mango lassi was very pleasant. The sweet one would have been even better with the odd spice added. Portions generous, lamb yummy and we were ready to face the lousy weather which had just broken in time for Henley Regatta after weeks of heatwave.
Couldn't make it up.

Really fantastic meal. Highly recommend the onion bhaji as it is the size of a large burger and incredibly tasty! The mains were all amazing as well and the staff were so welcoming and friendly. Definitely need to book as it's very busy.
Great food and service. Genuinely wish more places in the UK had service like this, very attentive without being invasive.

Our go-to curry house in Twyford has a broad selection of special dishes and all the classics - but not too many, perhaps ensuring the food is fresher than at those places where pages and pages of options are available..?
