Fabulous restaurant with a varied bar and lots of great food on the menu. Nice ambience for both couples and large groups. Big car park and nice outdoor seating area for the summer. Great for lunch or evening with lighter options and also massive sharing platters. Interesting cocktails.
Excellent Food. The Tomahawk Steak was cooked to perfection and we enjoyed every mouthful. The bar itself is quite noisy as its very open plan with high ceilings. The service was a little slow but the restaurant was busy. They could perhaps do with a few more, so that attention could be provided whe
After a friend recommending us to come here, we thought we would check it out whilst being in the area. At first the bar was empty so we were unsure and the restaurant was quite full. There was quite a queue at the bar so we waited there and then got some menus and sat in the bar where it was much q
Food is absolutely delicious, my partner and I had goats cheese for starter, and for mains we had the duck breast, and the pie. All were delicious and the rest of the group enjoyed theirs too. Cocktails were for the most part great, a few were better than others. Overall a lovely restaurant
A delicious lunch, spur of the moment. Lunch for 3 adults and one small child came to just shy of £100 and we didn't drink or have desserts so be prepared! Food was very good though and service was excellent. The open plan dining room feels a but like a garden centre cafe though... feel quite expose
Really nice place and very nice food, you will not be disappointed we have recommended this to a few friends and family and all of them have enjoyed it
Beautiful food, lovely decor and atmosphere and good service. Portion sizes could be better, multiple people in our party of 13 felt that the portion sizes were small for the price, for example, £8 starter for 2 croquettes. Would definitely visit again as the food was lovely, everyone in our party r
Food and drinks were lovely. Service was good. It's a nice restaurant with great atmosphere.
Turpin's is a good bar with a nice selection of food, there is plenty of choice to suit all tastes.
Steak does not dissapoint. I had the sirloin just because it was one of the biggest on the menu and cheaper than the fillet by £1. Also I was really hungry :) Atmosphere really lovely. Calm and friendly. I have massive anxiety and was made to feel at ease. Quick service. Waiters friendly and atten
Lovely restaurant, great for groups, friendly service, good quality food.
Turpin's has been our go to restaurant for a few years now. The food is excellent and the service friendly and very efficient. The setting is modern gastro pub with modern decor. We enjoy the child friendly nature of Turpin's with a children's menu available. The portion size and quality of the food
Everytime we come here, the food is excellent. Service is quick, prices are reasonable. My favourite restaurant in the area.
We popped in here for some lunch after a visit to Twycross Zoo. We sat in the bar area but as it was quiet, the staff were accommodating in letting us choose food from the main menu. The chicken breast for the Caesar salad was cooked beautifully and the quality and volume of the seafood in the risot
