First time visit and was a great experience. The staff were super friendly and chatty and made for a very personal experience with some lovely touches on personal names and memorable information. There is plenty of seating in both sections of the pub and the curling area was spacious with ample seating, drinking and playing area. Good fun experience and highly recommend.

Pregame party before Rugby. Long lines for drinks. Additional staff would have been great. Overall we had fun

The food and atomsphere is very nice. More of a bar than a restaurent so if you want to go for an relaxed drinking outing very good. Some of the waiting staff could be friendlier. But all in all great experience recommend.Very nice that the chef offered me chocolate shots on my birthday as well.🙂

Great experience visiting alongside the Sarries Supporters Club prior to the Premiership Final yesterday, plenty bar staff, unobtrusive security, great atmosphere in the courtyard in the sunshine

Great bar before the rugby at Twickenham. Will get very crowded on match day. Had a few beers and a burger....wjivh was very tasty indeed. Marquee at the rear gives more shelter with multiple tv's to watch games on.

Pre-England match hospitality was good. Waitresses were attentive and kept topping us up with drinks. Only disappointment was the stingy charcuterie starter for 5 of us that was only sufficient for 2 or 3. Steak was perfectly cooked medium rare.

Brilliant place for some beer and pre-match atmosphere. Beers are reasonably priced considering the location. £4 for a pint

Always do the corporate area at the Shack, a great place before and after the rugby, staff are great, always get well looked after and Ruairi (apparently Elvis Costello's brother) is amazing at getting the atmosphere going with crowd pleasers to top off the night

Had a 40th birthday here, booked the garden. The staff couldn't have been nicer. I had the buffet for the party and everyone loved the food. It was a massive success and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place, everything was perfect and I can't thank the staff enough.

We recently had our wedding reception here in The Speakeasy. Ava, Adam & the team were incredible - really accommodating & flexible. Don’t underestimate it as a function space, they went above & beyond to make sure our day was perfect. The staff were so attentive, professional & friendly. The food was amazing. All of our guests have been complimenting what a great day it was. After 3 cancellations due to covid - I can honestly say it was better than our original big ‘formal’ wedding.

We held my daughter’s 18th birthday party in the upstairs room last Friday. I appreciate this is quite a difficult proposition especially as some of the friends were under 18. All the staff were really helpful and professional and the evening was a huge success. A big thank you to Adam, Ross, Thomas and the bouncers!

I booked 2hours advance for a Friday night and requested outside seating which was accommodated. The outside garden is tented with a quirky decor, benched seating and plenty of heating to keep you warm throughout the night. The atmosphere was laid back yet fun and lively. The staff were attentive and friendly even during busy periods, they made sure to check up on us regularly. I was pleased to find the staff and establishment as a whole, were implementing guidelines and customers following without fuss which made the visit that much more enjoyable. My partner and I only ordered sides- the dirty chips which was very reasonably priced for the size of the portion. The dish was cheesy and delicious and everything you would expect from the name...did a good job of filling us both up! Although we didn't order any other food, the menu looks great and we will definitely be back for a meal, even if it's just for those chips. Another great thing to note was their 2 for £12 cocktail offer which we took advantage of...this consisted of a good selection of traditional and frozen cocktails, we ordered the whisky sourez and passion fruit mojito which was delightful. All in all a great first experience from this gem in Twickenham that I will be going back to sometime soon!
