Good atmosphere, air conditioned seating area, quick polite service. The dona kebabs were good, could do with being hotter (temperature). Otherwise enjoy by all. Ordered the Boss box, kcal kebab and doner box with fries, additional drinks. £32 total
Don't expect the taste of the Turkish or Lebanese Döner. It is a highly industrialized version of the food but at least with a good sanitation standards.
It's a fast food joint.... So it's not getting a 5 star from me... However, they are at the top of the fast food places in my opinion. Very clean, well priced and tasty
OMG YES! Been waiting to have a branch near us for years and it's finally happened. Thank you! Staff was excellent, all super nice and the food well... it's GDK, 5 stars. Will be back for more.
Great food , i personally loved the original kebab and good ambience.
Actually really nice! It's the first time I've been in one of these, but the food is fantastic (recommend the original German Doner). Staff were great too, served by Ashley, she was wonderful!

I think menu needs to be more descriptive as this is a basic but unusual concept.

Loved it. Really good quality, big portion and extremely tasty. The box in the picture with a small starter, kebab, fires, drink and sauces it was only £9.99.
The meal was fantastic, especially for the price! I've completely dropped my original kebab place in favour of this one.
Please, please definitely give this place a go!

The place is very clean and well kept, amazing smells as you walk past - that's what got me to order from them - and my other half was over the moon with the vegetarian option she chose. Bravo!
I have to say the great service I always get from one particular person at German Donar kebab, she is the only female girl who serves when I go to the Twickenham branch. She is amazing and kind and passionate and sweet. Please make sure you don’t lose this girl she is an asset to your company. I don’t spend my time writing reviews but went out of my way for this girl. She is of an Asian background and such a pleasure to be served by at your restaurant

- A bit overpriced for what it is (fancy Kebabs). Probably because it's located in a "posh" area.
- The A/C was set on High during the heat wave. As a result it felt cold inside. To be fair, this is probably not perceptible from the kitchen. In any case, I felt very cold in my summer outfit 😁
- Self-service machine tells you to enter the table number... But there are no numbers on the tables. Luckily the Staff told us to enter a random number. Confusing.
💡 Suggestions:
- A "Thank you" sign on the bin will encourage customers to drop the rubbish in the bin.
- Add table numbers on tables, or remove the instruction telling users to enter the table numbers from the self-service machine.
- Avoid overcompensating the high indoor temperature with very low indoor temperature ❄️😅
