This is a beautiful lil gem in the chaos of Twickenham. Foods amazing and staff are lovely. We book every chance we get. I’m worried about recommending as we might not get a table if everyone knows how good this place is x
Thanx Caffe Roma you never disappoint x
A perfect "italian style" cappuccino, finally

a great place to eat...our morning routine before heading central everyday while staying in London Marriott Twickenham..
Food was excellent but we had to wait a long time for it. We understand it was a Rugby day but surely you’d put more staff on?
Excellent home made cakes. Helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommended.
Had a wonderful breakfast here. The cafe has a lovely ambience and the food is delicious. The service was excellent and the prices were reasonable. We shall return!
Went for lunch here..had the eggs royale..it was so well made! Staff were so friendly and helpful
Only place in Twickenham that does Lavazza coffee. Cosy atmosphere with a great selection of cakes. Daily specials menu is absolutely delicious. They also do a fantastic omelette and chips for breakfast.
Lovely setting, very homely and welcoming waitress/owner, manager? Service was a bit slow (we didn't mind at all as it was comfortable) but we went at the start of January so I suspect they didn't expect many customers to turn up in their small restaurant! Food was really tasty, presented well and plentiful. We only had breakfast dishes with coffee and smoothies, but thought we will come back to sample more dishes in the evening, very soon! It was a good sign as well that every table was taken.
Yesterday on a rugby day I went with my family to a-Roma cafe for afternoon meal. The food was very well presented and truly delicious, also staff was very friendly and willing to assist with any queries. I would highly recommend the place with cosy surroundings, nice people and of course food up to standard to anybody who is looking for new places to dine around Twickenham. 👍
Favourite cafe in London. The staff are lovely, food is lovely, the decor and seating arrangement is lovely (especially the cozy area on the side with the pillows). Just lovely overall really! Prices are fair too so there’s nothing bad I can say at all :)
Very nice cafe serving breakfast, brunch and other dishes, mainly inspired by continental cuisine, up to late afternoon. On some weekends they are also open in the evening. Food is very tasty + genuine, and served in generous portions. Can get very busy on "rugby days" (clearly a favourite with a returning clientele), but even on those days the staff is always prompt and attentive. Coffee has more flavour than your average chain-outlet.
A lovely, independent local cafe. The wait staff are always welcoming and are excellent with young children. I often have meetings here, as they have large tables to spread out your work, well priced, tasty food and don't rush you.
Wow! That's the best way to describe both the service and the food in this well kept secret at Twickenham. The owner and her staff are outstanding, providing the best of the best service, while preparing and serving great meals throughout the day. Our group found the restaurant by happenstance for a Sunday breakfast before the American Football game (GO VIKINGS!) and made it a point to return that same evening for outstanding Pizza for dinner!
Lovely little cafe with choice of very pleasant sandwiches, cakes and drinks. Additional seating area upstairs which probably comes in handy on match days. Service ok and nice presentation of food on wooden platters. Some outdoor seating. Kind of does what it says on the tin.
