Again no problem with this place. Top day and considering the size of the crowd. Well managed. Would recommend

I hadn't been to the Barmy Arms for a while today was a trip to see Frankie Connolly play, what an amazing afternoon we had the land lord Alex was welcoming as were the staff, the pub has been recently refurbished , one of the prettiest pubs and on the river!!! The customers helped to put the icing on the cake what a beautiful bunch they were. Thank you so much, we will be back very soon. X

Was a lovely vintage bar, right by the river. Perfect for a evening out, enjoyed my time at Barmy Arms, can't wait to go there again very soon. Geraldine.

A decent local pub with very pretty surrounding. Right across there's the Eel Pie Island, and of course the Thames. The only thing I didn't feel very happy with is the fact that they had a quite limited menu. But I had cod and chips the other day - you know you can never go wrong with this 😉

This is a great pub to watch the river go by. We came for lunch but thought the food was pretty average and overpriced for the amount we got. The burgers could do with more salad, found them a bit dry. Staff were friendly though and the service was great. Fab pub on rugby days for the ambience although it does get packed!

We went to the Barmy Arms last Sunday for the High tide music festival. They were running an outdoor BBQ. We had the biggest hotdog ever. The food and service was excellent. Thank you to young Daniel on the outside bar and taking bbq orders. Service with a smile in the hissing rain. The music was good too

Met some friends for a day out by the river at this amazing place. Barmy Arns were hosting the Eel Pie Club Rhythm & Blues gig. It was an utterly brilliant and memorable day with friends in the sun. I highly recommend this amazing musical institution.

Great pub near the river overlooking the Twickenham rowing club. Nice pint of Guinness, menu looks varied and locally sourced. Didn't have time to eat during our brief visit.

This pub is a part of Greene King. First thing you would be asked to do would be to download their app. Order can be placed digitally via this app, which is great at the times of Covid. It’s a great pub with superb location, very much family friendly. I didn’t like the Sunday roast. Veggies didn’t seem fresh and chicken was chewy. Although the burger was nice. Perfect location to have drinks or have good time with friend and family.

We had a fantastic time at the Barmy thanks to Craig!! He made us feel very welcome throughout our stay, and even took a few minutes to sit and chat with us and told us about the history of the pub and where the pub is aiming towards in the future. We will be coming here again with our family and friends ❤️

We sat outdoors facing the view of the river and Eel pie island. It was reasonably busy, ordered a couple of toasties which i think was pretty pricey. But waited a while for them. Bless the girl that was working there she literally had to take order at the bar, bring the food out and clear the tables.

Fabulous place with a small outdoor space that overlooks the river. Plenty of parasols and tables set apart so you have privacy. Lovely on a hot summers day. Cost around £10 for a pint if lager and a bottle of coke.

Nice riverside pub. Good outdoor seating and comfortable inside. Guinness wasn't great, but plenty of other beers to choose from.

A super pub ight on the banks of the river. Lovely helpful staff offering a wide range of beers, both cask and keg. Plenty of food arriving on tables and plenty of empty plates heading back! Loads of sports trophies on the wall, is bitter drinking an Olympic event? I do hope so! A great place for a beer (or two)
