A beautiful pub, welcoming and warm. The staff are all nice and helpful. The food was superb and wow, scrumptious plates of deliciousness. I had the roast beef and it was beautiful. Bread and butter pud was sweet and satisfying .. had my wedding lunch here before and it is nice to go back and be reminded why we picked this place in the first place. Thank you guys!
Had a hen party there last night, fantastic service, the staff were very friendly and joined in with our banter. The food was absolutely delicious, best food I've had from a pub.
We hired out the private dining room for a murder mystery dinner party as part of a hen do event. The staff accommodated us so well, the room was perfect and well suited to our needs, and the food excellent. Communication with the team was easy. We really felt the staff, in particular the chef and catering team, went above and beyond to make our evening special especially in regards to accommodating our many dietary needs! Thank you and I will definitely be visiting again!

Fabulous food, excellent service. I’d highly recommend a visit to this place. We had a family event there last night and enjoyed it so much that we decided to go back today for lunch.....except it was sooo busy we couldn’t get a table. Hardly surprising to be honest!!
Was really busy with a pre-rugby crowd, we had the set menu and the food was incredible! The service was lovely the dining room was full to the rafters and they coped brilliantly. Wouldn’t hesitate to go again
A firm and established favourite of mine which never fails to disappoint. The food, its surroundings and service are outstanding & this will remain top of my list for some time to come, it comes highly recommended whether you're a large or small group, in for dinner,a snack or just a few drinks, I can't fault it, thank you Crown staff! �

I hadn't been inside The Crown, let alone eaten here until last night, despite living in the area for twelve years.
I was attending a travel agent function, hosted by the Cook Islands Tourist Board.
My meal was simply outstanding and potion size was huge. If this was what was served for a group, then individual meal experiences must be phenomenal.
I will definitely be back and be telling many others about The Crown.

3 courses on a Sunday- always exquisite. All food delicious, awesome atmosphere and great service. And love that we can bring our dog. One of our favourite places 👌🏼
A beautiful venue. The staff are relaxed and friendly and leave you to eat in peace though always attentive to any further requests. The food is exceptional. Fabulously cooked with quality ingredients. Highly recommended.
Great Pub-The Crown. What a gem of a pub, brilliant pub food, amazing sunday lunch, best in the area by far, 10/10!! The food is accompanied by a great range of drinks and to top the whole experience off you find yourself in a beautiful building with a child friendly large lovely garden attached. Must say brilliant price too.
Lovely to see this pub reopened. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Excellent food and selection of beers. The garden is perfect for sunny weekend lunches. Unfortunately our visit was spoiled by a large group of unruly children whose parents seemed unable to take responsibility for their behaviour, in spite of requests from the staff to do so.
In spite of this we will be making this our 'local'.
We’ve become frequent customers of this wonderful gastro pub since moving to Twickenham in July. The food is always consistently excellent and the service so friendly.
The outdoors is stunning on a summers day, the indoors cozy now Autumn has arrived.
Always lots of lovely doggies who are looked after with water bowls and treats.
Also I lost a very expensive hat there last night and it was safely put away ready for my collection today - it shows a rare quality of honesty and customer service excellent. Thank you.
Good pub, good food, really long list of wines in the menu. Just wish tables in the bar area were cleaner.
We had a lovely evening, the food was all delicious, the staff were great. Our drinks arrived immediately and we were then given time to reflect on the menu, perfect!

Met a friend for lunch, service was great, food was very good and nice relaxed atmosphere.

Great menu, lovely roast on a Sunday and it’s always a pleasure to have a drink by the fire in the bar area. Perfect pub all year round.
Make a reservation or get there early on a Sunday though, it’s busy!

The crown is truly a magical place
Beautiful outdoor seating area that feels like a.secret garden. Spacious and beautiful indoor area with a beautiful bar. Great friendly staff like Martha and delicious food.
Good food. Great location with nice architecture. Service was a bit slow. Scallops were good.the lamb. Was well cooked. The fudge pudding was great until I ran out of sauce.
I had a lovely work lunch this week. The staff were able to find a space outside in the sunshine. The service was great and you could see how proud they are with the refurb. Its a shame the Bang Bang Chicken has gone from the menu, but I am suspicious it will be back soon. The menu is a little pricey, but the food is worth it.
Great food. Reasonably priced. Super busy that night so very loud and probably not enough staff on but still ticked every box.
Excellent service from the staff. All run very smoothly for our table of 20 in private room. Only critic regarding food: some of our fish main wasn’t cooked properly and veg way too salty. The people who were served the chicken Kiev found it excellent. Overall good food.
Very nice gastro pub. Good choice of traditional and more interesting food. I was even allowed to taste some wines before purchasing.

Had a lovely lunch at the Crown in St Margaret's yesterday. Very good service, lovely dining room decor and best of all is the really tasty food. Good quality ingredients and a good selection to chose from.
Great bear garden unfortunately the portions of the roast was a but on the slim slide especially for the price 😕 left feeling more hungry than when I arrived 😢 the service was great and the beer was great unfortunately the food was the only downside. Don't get me wrong it tasted great but was much there 4 bites and it was gone barely lasted 5mins
