One of the best Indian restaurants near me I like to goto. I love their Kerala paratha and okra masala. And of course, their authentic Kerala style masala dosas with coconut chutney and Cochin tiger prawn curry. The service is hassle free and very helpful. Will visit this place frequently to try more items on their menu.

The best South Indian Restaurant over in London. Authentic taste as they promised. I'd completely accept that the service was welcoming and friendly. Big likes for the humble workforce. Great to see they're keeping the customer comments and posting on the wall. Such a organic gesture. Recommending for peeps craving authentic South Indian Cusine.

Very tasty food. Can experience authentic Kerala food without travelling to Kerala. It has also got good ambience, with just the right amount of lighting. I personally love their Cochin tiger prawn curry, appam, masala dosa, vada, bhajjis, squid fry and of course, their biryani and Kerala parotas.

Wow, if you want to try something a little different from run of the mill curry houses then give this place a go. The menu has some surprises and the food is seriously spicy, be warned, some of the dishes pack a serious punch. Great, friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Really authentic South Indian (Keralite) restaurant in Twickenham. Would recommend this place to try alternative Indian cuisine. Only thing missing from menu was Idli. Service was hassle free. Will visit often :)

Actually loved this place! We’re always on the lookout for a nice biryani and the one here was not only really good, but it surprised us too with some new and interesting ingredients. It was very clearly freshly made just for us and we could really taste it! Just loved it! The starters of savoury doughnuts and spring rolls were really great, food you know but with a bit of a different twist. The service was great and I cannot think of one thing that wasn’t just right!

Had an excellent meal last night with a few friends. Plenty of vegan options to chose from. We will be back.

Given where it is (non majority Indian neighborhood), the food portions and taste is good.

I visited The Cochin with friends on a Friday evening and we had a lovely time. The staff were so friendly and attentive! They spoke with the chef for me and explained everything on the menu that could be made vegan. Our waiter even went to the shop to buy non alcoholic beer for us to enjoy with our meal. The food is all freshly cooked upon ordering so any dietary changes or alteration to spice can be accommodated. You can taste the freshness in the food it was delicious. We will most definitely return and would recommend.

Tried for the first time as delivery under new management. Delivery guy was very patient as I had to run to cash machine. Thank you. Coming to food, taste has been amazing keeping true to its brand and roots in kerala. Tried 3 different dishes and all were very tasty and nicely packed. I wish they reconsider price/quantity ratio, but given that we have few options to choose for best taste and quality of food, I will definitely order again/visit and recommend to friends.

Best curry I've eaten in last ten years. This place is not the usual curry house serving bland Indian food for the English palate. Its authentic and is as good as Indian Street food in India. 5 stars. Will be using regularly.

Had a fantastic meal here with a friend. We have eaten in most Keralan and South Indian restaurants in London and this is one of the best. Highly recommended! Updated: visited again recently. New management but same excellent chefs. Great service and fantastic food again. It was a rainy Tuesday evening but I was surprised it wasn't busier. It doesn't look like much from outside - the decor and furnishings are pretty ordinary, but that really shouldn't matter. I hope the people of Twickenham realise what a great place this is!

Very friendly staff. The food was amazing, some of the best Indian food we have ever had. The menu was well laid out with allergens listed clearly. I have now been twice and would highly recommend.

This is the second time I had been to this restaurant. I have to say, it was the best Kerala food I had in a restaurant in a very long time. Polite staff, tasty yummy food. No complaints at all, all complements for such a great tasting food. We ordered so much food, in the end I had to pack some, as wanted to taste more of it when back home. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone. well done Cochin - Twickenham team.... I will try to add some pics later on.

Authentic South Indian food, wide variety of choice in the menu. Nice people at work , the owner was kind enough to customise the food as per our need. Had quite a lot of items from starter to dessert. Loved them all... Will be back again to experience the homely food and dinning experience ...

Excellent food. Very accommodating for those with dietary requirements and allergies. Flavourful dishes. A very different experience from traditional British Indian cuisine. The staff were helpful and friendly and went above and beyond for our father's day dinner! 🍀

If you are after authentic Kerala food this is your go-to. When I miss some naadan kappa and meen curry this is where I go. Really nice food that tastes like food cooked at home! Spice levels are changed according to your preference. Owner/Manager is very friendly and gives you good options. Thoroughly recommend this restaurant.
