Our group of four went to The Brownlow Arms for a meal in the early evening. The pub setting is nice in a quiet small village and first impressions were good. We ordered from their extensive bar menu and were very pleased with the food. All four dishes were very tasty, served on hot plates, by the landlord, who could not have been friendlier. We will definitely return.

Only went in the beer garden / camping area. Music was playing, the sun was shining and the one drink I had was spot on. They do food too, but didn't stay long enough to try that. Great setting.

Although I went there for a few drinks after the sad passing of a friend, I was impressed by the friendliness of the locals, the beers were good, the buffet was also good, its an interesting pub full of character and characters. Looks an ideal place for families to go to with a big garden with lots of tables and playground equipment, if I lived locally it would be my first choice.

Great food, quick service and great atmosphere. The bar area gets busy at the weekends but then it is a popular place!!!

Nice place. Great outdoor area . Not had food ,so can't comment .Will certainly have a ride out for Sunday lunch ........ Finally got round to going back for Sunday lunch. Had a great ride , then to the pub for a Sunday lunch. All I can say is it was great... The whole experience was top dog. The Sunday roast was excellent. But no room for a dessert. ALL staff great very helpful. They about to start midweek meals ,from Wednesday .So we will be having a ride out midweek for another test run lol .

Lovely Sunday lunch. 2 roast meats, roast & mashed potatoes, 5 vegetables, Yorkshire pudding & stuffing & crackling for the pork. Dog friendly too. Brought back lots of memories. Used to be my regular pub when I was in my 20's. 😎👍🍻

A cheap, friendly pub by the river side. Full of happy campers today and appears like its always busy during weekends and holidays due to being the only pub for miles and having a camp site adjacent. Good for walking up the Trent to the nearby viaduct and returning for a well-earned beer.

Had a 30 mile cycle ride round trip from Lincoln and ended up here for Sunday lunch . It was a lovely day so sat out to eat. I had the roast lamb which was absolutely delicious..tasty and tender and a lovely large portion. My cycling friends chose the beef and the pork and were all impressed with the portion size. My lamb dinner was under £10. Pork was £7.50 and beef £8. Faultless! Set us up for the 15 mile journey home. Will definitely be back to eat. There is also a camp site on site..which is situated next to the river Trent, perfect for long walks!
