Lovely welcome at traffords , the staff or possibly the owner greeted us on arrival , and told us the specials, it’s a very clean and comfortable environment. Immaculate toilets!
I was in with my daughter and mum today we enjoyed lovely bacon and egg rolls, homemade cakes , locally sourced caber coffee and my daughter had an amazing hot chocolate. It was a cosy atmosphere and my mum who doesn’t eat out often, even wanted to let the staff know how much she appreciated the extra time and attention to detail she gave (as she is quite particular) I thought this review was worth taking the time.
I’m my picture is the amazing hot chocolate definitely going back the bill was under £25 for 3 big breakfast rolls 2 rounds of hot drinks and 2 cakes!
Stopped here whilst cycling route 1. The cheese and onion scone was v tasty and the carrot cake portion very large, good for hungry cyclists. With free refills on the filter coffee. It was the ideal place to stop
Great service, generous proportions of delicious cake. Will definately visit again.
Always a warm welcome at this lovely coffee shop. We normally come for brunch, but they also do home made soups and lovely cakes and sandwiches.
Wow, this place ticks a lot of boxes. From the moment we walked in it feels very welcoming. The lady owner and her staff are warm and friendly, and have a very pleasant manner. The café has a lovely ambience, with cosy decor, comfortable chairs and tables. There were quite a few other customers there, but it still felt comfortable. There is background music which helps if you're a solo diner. There's plenty of choice on the menu. We both had the cooked breakfast, which came fairly quickly, and was rather tasty. We had a coffee each that was a really rich roast flavour, delicious. A big plus is like in America you get a free refill. A customer toilet is available and it's all fully wheelchair accessible. Total cost was £15, which we thought was good value. If you're nearby this is definitely worth a visit.
Fantastic little café! The food came quickly, the portion size was good and it was homemade. I had the soup of the day (broccoli and stilton), my other half had a baked potato and my wee one had a cheese sandwich. We had one of their lovely homemade cakes to go as well (carrot cake).
The staff were very friendly too!
I would absolutely come back next time I'm in Turriff.
Nice place for a snack. Good home cooked food and reasonable price
Superb Scotch Broth for lunch, and excellent sandwiches. Good service ( the window seat is best - good for people watching!)
Good coffee and the scone was still warm. Nice wee toon
Lovely cafe for light lunch or a tea break. Cakes are well presented and tasted delicious. There were traybakes and homemade scones enticing customers! Staff were friendly and followed Covid precautions. Will certainly return.
